Myself and 4 friends planned a rafting trip in the area and decided to stay here two nights. We had a wonderful stay, cute rooms, great service and friendly staff. Restaurant provided multiple options for dining and the breakfast was ample. Would highly recommend!

As always an uncritical place. Excellent service, very clean and pleasant. Every time I've been to this hotel I've stayed in a suite (there are two) or in one of the chalets, I recommend any of these accommodations

The place is beautiful and the staff is very good, especially the people who work at the pool. Fantastic!
My only complaint is that when I requested a pillow that was missing, the hotel said they didn't have one, and what's more, it wasn't an extra pillow. It was missing from one of the beds, but it was worth it and I intend to return.

Incredible pool, wonderful structure for a guesthouse, however, it needs urgent and constant maintenance. I changed rooms and, in both, the air conditioning did not work satisfactorily. In the gym, which is great, there is only one treadmill working. The staff are incredible, super helpful, affectionate and helpful. The breakfast is reasonable.

The hotel shows typical problems of lack of inves**ent on the part of the owners, although the facilities are very good.
The wi-fi did not work in the chalet area. The hydromassage in the chalet had problems (circuit breaker turned off).
On the first day of our stay, the pool was dirty and there was no pool attendant to maintain it. The solution was for a guest to take the sieve and do the basic cleaning work, even without chlorine and other accessories.
The pool has a bar, but no staff are available until 2 pm, when someone arrives to take care of the guests.
The inn has a cinema in a large, refrigerated room, with sound insulation and Dolby surround equipment. The problem is that almost all recliners have broken backrests. I stayed before, in February/2023, and the seats were perfect at that time.
Despite having a Sky receiver in the rooms, only open TV channels are available.
