Myself and 4 friends planned a rafting trip in the area and decided to stay here two nights. We had a wonderful stay, cute rooms, great service and friendly staff. Restaurant provided multiple options for dining and the breakfast was ample. Would highly recommend!

Estadia comemorando o aniversário de casamento. Uma coisa que deixou a desejar foi a hidro da Master 02, botão de ligar ruim, tendo que encher e ficar pedindo a recepção pra ligar o disjuntor. Muito constrangedor sem privacidade nenhuma tendo que avisar a hora de usar e avisar quando terminar. Achei desnecessário nada que uma pequena manutenção resolvia.

O loca é excelente, pra quem busca conforto e sossego é ideal, porém, o atendimento precisa melhorar. Minha estadia foi de 4 dias em nenhum teve limpeza de quarto, solicitei na recepção mas não fizeram :/
Wi-Fi não funciona, fiquei num chalé sem internet. Pra quem for trabalhar, sugiro que leve um modem. A comida é razoável, não oferecem muitas opções no cardápio.

Foi uma estadia agradável.
Tivemos alguns pontos negativos, na chegada o rapaz que estava na recepção parecia meio perdido, liguei duas semanas antes pedindo que fosse colocado berço no quarto e quando cheguei não haviam colocado, quando perguntei sobre ele não sabia e disse que iria ver se tinha disponível, liguei novamente e pedi para levarem ao meu quarto, assim foi feito, deixou o berço desmontado na porta do chalé, o ar condicionado que faz muito barulho, mas desligamos ele e tudo certo, o verdadeiro problema está do lado de fora do chalé 01, a tubulação de saída de água das banheiras passam por ele, é um baralho enorme da água passando, as duas noites levamos um susto tremendo e sempre de madrugada por volta das 2h da manhã, estava com minha filha bebê e foi um custo pra ela voltar a dormir.
