We were greeted with a friendly smile and pleasant demeanour. Our cards were given extremely quickly and we were in our spacious room.
The service at breakfast was excellent and the food was delicious with plenty of variety.
A lovely stay.

I stayed in an accessible room, the lower beds and bathrooms were a staple in my stay. the fans in the rooms are worth it, with enough room to have my wheelchair in. breakfast staff kaci and toni were great they did everything they could do assist me in the brekafast room on a busy day.

The cleanliness of the rooms were absolutely immaculate, rooms were slightly hot but we all cant be winners, breakfast on the other hand was outstanding, the best premier inn breakfast cooked by kaci served by kara. the staff were amazing and couldnt do enough for me the entire stay. i will be back

We stay at this Premier inn a few times a year and always have a lovely stay. Alison who cooks the breakfast is a real asset to this Premier inn, always friendly and welcoming and cooks one of the best breakfasts ever. It is very clear that Alison takes a pride in her job and nothing is ever too much trouble. Thank you Alison. The only downside to this hotel is that it doesn’t have A/C and in this heat the fans only move the hot air around the room. Please consider getting A/C so we can have a decent nights sleep. No air con in this hotel. Not made clear on booking. Rooms are completely impossible to get cool with tiny window opening and fans. Ridiculous for a large chain hotel.

The rooms were absolutely boiling hot, very very uncomfortable to try and sleep. No air conditioning but they provide you with an electric fan which all it did was blow around the hot air. The breakfast room was small and boiling hot too! My sister who was at the back of hotel was cooler but us at the front was awful. Please put in air conditioning. Also the shower was the least powerful I’ve ever encountered.
