Robin 7 Lodge City Centre

Check in is a mild hassle. It's not the easiest to spot where it is (looks like a street house), and you need to pre book and be let in by a staff member, once you go through the usual pre-amble of checking in and being shown the room, I have 0 complaints. Room size was good, bed was excellent, and the bathroom was clean. Was quite happy with my stay, and can easily see myself staying there again next time. My stay was a 1 night thing, so I can't comment for holidays. But as a day trip, pretty much perfect for what I wanted.
Premier Inn Nottingham Cc (Chapel Bar)

Never thought I would review this Premier Inn, as I only live five minutes away from it, but as we were having work done at home and also needed to get on with work, it seemed like a good idea. We went for the Premier Plus rooms to have a bit more space- worth it if you need to work- maybe not if you're just crashing for the night. We also did this so that we would have access to the Ultimate wifi and not be relying on the PI's notoriously dodgy free wifi. Ultimate was also glitchy but it was adequate for what we needed. Continuously having to log in and out was a pain, however. Anyway, the room was great and very quiet, especially as we stayed over what was liable to be a noisy weekend night (you only have to walk past this hotel on a Sunday morning and see who is coming out to know it is the base camp for party central!) Knowing also how noisy the road is, as we live further up it, we also felt hermetically sealed- couldn't hear the traffic or street noise at all. Bliss compared to the screaming, shouting, car horns we normally listen to at 2am! Breakfast was the usual Premier Inn fare- does what it says on the tin and I do appreciate being able to make my own toast (bad experience in a much more expensive hotel around the corner the previous week, with cold/forgotten/wrong type of toast!). Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again in our next stage of refurb..
The Jubilee Hotel

Beautiful bedrooms - great nights sleep. I stay in many hotels for work and this is a little ge enabling easy travel into Nottingham without the hassle of being in town. Great value for money and excellent quality. Only two pointers to be aware of there is some minor noise up to bedroom corridors due to open atrium and the loos in reception could do with a refresh. Otherwise excellent place to stay and would highly recommend.
Hart's Hotel

We booked a twin room and was upgraded to a garden room which was a lovely surpise! Everyone in the hotel is very polite & helpful, amazing service! The room itself was very clean but average (reminded me of being in a marriott hotel in the room). We hardly got any sleep as we could hear people above us walking around / banging and doors slamming in the middle of the night and at 6.30am people were talking next door. The walls seem very thin (this is why I'm giving it a 4/5). Breakfast selection was limited espically for £17.
The Orchard Hotel & Restaurant

A very modern, clean hotel. Breakfast is excellent with a great hot and cold buffet selection -the scrambled eggs are recommended! various freshly baked breads and pastries also available. We stayed in a superior room and there was a £10 per Night extra charge for a child’s camp bed which isn’t mentioned when booking. The room was clean with 4 Nespresso coffees which were refilled everyday although they kept refilling with decaf! Two bottles of water on arrival are not replenished and no fridge in the room. Surprisingly the bar and restaurant isn’t the best for families. They lacked any children’s menu so food options are very limited for younger children, we opted for a ham and cheese sandwich that the kitchen made especially. Overall a great stay and we will stay again despite these small issues that could be easily improved.

I have been staying here for 3 days a week since May 2023 and overall, I have to say that the accommodation is great, so my review is as follows. If you are driving get the Ringo Parking App on your phone as it makes the parking opposite much cheaper. It's less than 100 yards from the car park to the door. The Dwell has a system where you get a unique code to the front door and your room door (the codes are the same) so keep your code private. The hotel has a lift but it's been out of order all the time I have been there so it's stairs. You MUST ask for a ground floor room if you need one. I have had one every stay. When you get to your room the first thing you may notice is how clean it is, I have commented many times on the cleanliness. The hotel has a system where there is an iPad by the bed to run all the functions in the room the TV Air conditioning etc. At times I have struggled with the iPad but overall, it is good. There is a small kitchenette with a microwave, Why they don't have instructions for the microwave I do not know, I have joked about it a few times. You cannot even see the make so you can get them yourself. I have used the microwave to warm up a meal more by luck than judgment The bathroom is great, very nice shower, and again very clean. So that is the Dwell, I am there next week I think its great accommodation with a couple of minor negatives but overall VERY GOOD
