"The Orchard Hotel is a gem and a lovely hotel, with a grand feel to it. The staff are very pleasant and are well trained.
They serve well and are genuine in their care and attention to details
The rooms are warm, comfortable and well-apportioned.
The location is a little secluded and away from the city centre, but don't let that deter you."
"Next to Nottingham Castle. The room is small, comfortable and clean, and the windows can be opened. There is an electric kettle and a hair dryer, but no refrigerator. The front desk service is good and checked us in early. The free Wi-Fi is useful."
"Very nice place and staffs are very helpful. Everything alright and surrounding environment is good. But I couldn't find the oven (only microwave) in the room. It will be much better if a washing machine is also equipped.
The dear park must be visited.
I recommend this hotel."
Set your sights on the city from this quiet, convenient spot at the Premier Inn Hotel Nottingham Castle Marina. You're perfectly placed for the top tourist attractions as well as the many business HQs including Boots, HMRC and Experian. You can make a beeline for the historical highlights of Nottingham Castle and the City of Caves. Follow the bright lights of the city centre's many shops, bars, restaurants and clubs. Or take a quick flit to the University of Nottingham, Queens Medical Centre and Trent Bridge. Then, after a busy day, relax with a Beefeater meal, spacious rooms and extra-comfy beds.
"Apartment hotel, the second stay, the room type is different from the last time, is a slanted roof room on the top floor, no kitchen and guest restaurant, is a large bedroom.
The view and lighting of the Willux oblique roof window are good and a good experience. It is the location of the bathroom cabinet. Because the oblique roof is against the height of the wall, you will encounter your head when brushing your teeth and washing your face."

SSiu WaiWe stayed there for 8 nights. We arrived on Sunday. The first night have problem with shower heater, no hot water for taking bath. Though it was late at night, still able to find staff to come and check. Unfortunately heater cannot be fixed. The second day they changed the room for us. But have another issue on sofa bed. Reception lady is very nice and helpful, she helps us to fix the sofa bed.
In general, the furniture and fixtures are a bit old, but staffs are very helpful and friendly.
Apartment is close to city centre, and indoor parking is available. We definitely will stay in this apartment again when coming to Nottingham.

GGuest UserI’d looked at previous reviews and wasn’t sure what to expect, however we were really pleased with our stay. Location excellent, staff very pleasant and helpful. Rooms, although bathroom a little tired, everything was clean. Bed was very comfortable and bedding nice quality. Nice touches included toiletries (espa) , kettle and coffee maker. We opted for the breakfast deal. Quality and selection of food both excellent. Would definitely book again.

NNH1Memorable Stay at Crowne Plaza Nottingham, Thanks to Maria's Exceptional Service
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza Nottingham, and I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Maria, who instantly made me feel welcome with her warm and friendly demeanor.
Maria's exceptional customer service skills stood out throughout my entire stay. Her attention to detail and genuine desire to ensure my comfort and satisfaction were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to meet my needs and provide assistance whenever required, leaving a lasting impression on me.
The hotel itself was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully furnished, creating a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The amenities offered were of top-notch quality, and I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped fitness center and the rejuvenating spa facilities.
One of the highlights of Crowne Plaza Nottingham was its prime location. Situated in the heart of the city, it provided convenient access to various attractions, shopping centers, and dining establishments. Whether I wanted to explore the cultural landmarks or indulge in some retail therapy, everything was within easy reach.
The dining options at the hotel were exceptional as well. The restaurant featured a diverse menu with a wide range of delectable dishes to choose from. I especially relished the breakfast buffet, which offered a delightful selection of both local and international cuisine.
Overall, my stay at Crowne Plaza Nottingham surpassed all expectations, and Maria's exceptional service played a major role in making it so memorable. Her genuine warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism truly elevated my experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nottingham, and I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit.
I extend my heartfelt appreciation to Maria for her outstanding service and for making my stay at Crowne Plaza Nottingham truly exceptional.

IIrwinGreat place to stay in Nottingham - the staff is really good, and it is conveniently located near the downtown, so close to public transport and Albert Hall/Nottingham Playhouse (if that is of interest - tons of good pubs nearby if your interests differ). The availability of laundry facilities is a real plus.

JJulieThe hotel was lovely, The staff were very polite. The cleanliness was spot on. The breakfast is highly recommended. The room was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable. Their executive suite had a beautiful bath and shower with all towels and other supplies that are needed for your stay including Iron and hair dryer and if you have forgot anything for example a toothbrush they will supply you with these items with there compliments. There is tea and coffee also a ground fresh coffee maker and a mini bar in the room that came with 2 bottles of water and a chocolate bar.The hotel has a gym which you can use between certain hours. You can hire rooms there for meetings and other events. If you are staying as a family my only advice is to ring ahead and make sure that there is a bed for your child because I booked for 3 of us and we did have to share a bed luckily it was us 3 girls myself, my daughter and my niece. The bed was very big so it was suitable it does state on trip they recomend to ring and check if you are unsure so you can get the best out of your stay.
MMorrighaniThis hotel is just a short walk away from the train station, which makes it pretty central regardless of where in Nottingham you need to go. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although I dislike the insistent emails on the lead in to my visit trying to get you to check in online. Good job I didn't, as I arrived early unexpectedly and was still able to get a room straightaway, whereas I would have had a couple of hours to wait if I'd done the online check in. This is a decent chain of hotels, I've had good experiences in the past and this visit was also fine. Only real complaint was the absence of biscuits with the tea and coffee set up in the room - surely a basic human right.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is OK, but when I was sleeping soundly in the morning, there was an inexplicable false fire alarm. Later, the hotel reported that they had pressed the wrong button. The address given on Ctrip was wrong. The address on Ctrip is always wrong. The hotel is always wrong every time.
GGuest UserOverall I couldn’t have picked a better hotel. It was trendy, in the perfect location and near all the shops and eateries. The only things I can fault is the views from our windows which were just pipes and an horrendous amount of bird poo. As well as the noise from floorboards needing replacing or repairing
BBenjamin ArthurA lovely place. We we're a bit iffy on sraying due to the rating of the hotel but after reading the reviews most were about the rooms being dated. Since we were only planning to be there for a night, who cares?
There was an issue with the booking from Trip.com's side which the duty manager Declan was able to resolve in a timely mannor while also making the wait very pleasant with some nice chat.
The staff were lovely, including the two young ladys on the bar/food service as well as Declan. Unfortunately didnt get the girls names.
The building is stunning and surrounded by lovely woods, perfect for a walk.
Rooms are a bit dated, sure, but why are you looking to spend all your time in your room? More than enough to have a comfy sleep in.
Also as a side note on that, id imagine It's a listed building and so hard an expensive to update.
Overall a lovely night and a pleasant morning having breakfast then a walk. Absolutely would recommend.
