I don't speak English, from check-in to check-out, the room is very clean, the housekeeping is in place, the yard is convenient for smoking, the staff are very enthusiastic, I will stay at this hotel when I come to Nottingham in the future

Good service attitude, beautiful environment, surrounding attractions worth admiring

The reception staff were very polite, a gentleman who works at night was extremely friendly giving me snacks in the early hours because I was hungry and the kitchen was closed. Only the cleaning staff made a lot of noise at 7:30am, a very early time to start, which could disturb guests who are still resting.

Didn't spot we'd been overcharged for breakfast due to lack of clarity re preauthorisation of a credit card. Refunded when we contacted the hotel, but no gesture of goodwill for the hassle.

Lovely hotel but disappointing breakfast for someone who is gluten free. There is limited option that is therefore expensive. This could be easily fixed with gluten free cereal, gluten free veg sausage and a separate toaster so bread could actually be toasted. Otherwise stay was very pleasant.

Great location for city centre access but didn’t feel like we were surrounded by a ‘concrete jungle’ like many other city centre hotels. There was an amazing view from our room and the window in reception and also a lovely grass courtyard to the back of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean, beds comfy and the bathrooms/ shower were great!

Had a great stay here. Made to feel very welcome straight away at reception and greeted with smiles and politeness throughout my stay. Room was nicely presented with a great selection in the mini bar and to me I thought the prices were very reasonable. The TV was in a very bad place and I would have struggled to watch it from the bed if that's what I wanted to do. It would have made more sense to be on the wall but this is only a slight negative as I usually watch things on my tablet anyway. Very good value for money and although I had to pay for the car park I felt this too was good value as it was in a gated area. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Not a bad word to say! Probably the comfiest bed i have ever slept in, the pillows were out of this world, the room was really nice, the service from the front desk was outstanding. Honestly nothing bad to say at all.

Great for an overnight stay, central location and close to the party venue for us. Clean with everything you need for one night. Rooms are small but expected for a city stay. Staff very friendly and helpful

Lovely hotel in the heart of nottingham - parking was easy and they had electric chargers which made things really easy for us. Service great.

Lovely hotel in a nice & quieter area of Nottingham city centre. Short walk into town & parking available-although this is at an additional charge.

My favourite retreat while in Nottingham. Very well presented, quiet, clean and next to city centre. Only downside is the pricey parking, on site or on the road.

A nice stay in general, but had an issue with the hot water having black bits of something in it, when I ran a bath, meaning it was unusable. Mostly disappoined with the response when I reported it, which was simply that it would be looked I to after my stay. Nice hotel but less than stella service.
