Why not visit The Exchange - Nottinghams oldest shopping centre - or the Intu Victoria Centre, with over 120 stores and restaurants inside? Youll also be a short drive away from the famous Sherwood Forest, and many of Nottingham’s beautiful historical sites. Wed highly recommend heading to the City of Caves and taking a tour through Nottinghams hidden underground world. Nottingham Castle is also a hugely popular point of interest and gives a great insight into the story of Robin Hood.

Area is very run down and full of homeless people and car park is very dangerous at night! Not safe be warned! There was a homeless person in car park upon check in

The tired looking exterior is deceiving for the pleasant interior. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with 2 double beds. It was extremely hot as there wasn't any air conditioning, only a plug in fan and it was 28° outside. Breakfast was good quality and value for money and had plenty of buffet options, plus you can order separately for no extra cost. The bathrooms were clean but needed updating as the shower wasn't powerful enough, and the towel rail wouldn't seem to turn off. Hotel is a great location, bus stop outside takes you straight into the city centre. It was a perfectly adequate hotel for a short stay for my son and I, whilst we were looking at universities in the area.

Nice hotel, free parking. We were upgraded to an executive room which was massive! Comfortable bed, really quiet room. Breakfast could do with being a little bit better but it's alright for what you pay. Fatima on reception was lovely and welcoming, a real asset to your team. We will visit again when in the area.

Really nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and easy taxi to station and city centre. If feeling adventurous you can walk into the centre! We had everything we needed and slept well. The room was clean and warm, nice shower and fluffy towels

Last resort
Aircon decommissioned, fan in the room broken window lock broken, carpet loose, shower too slow, no evening food, breakfast was good and the staff tried there best

Great stay!
Extremely impressed with all aspects of my 1st time stay at this hotel and i will be rebooking next week for another 2 nights.
Particularly impressed with the lovely Romanian receptionist, extremely friendly and helpful.

Not great
Bed was broken, but still usable, room was clean but very dated.
Reception manager was very good.
Breakfast was of poor quality, drink machine was out of apple juice and when my wife said about it the waiter was unhelpful and very sour faced.

No quite what I expected
It was ok but when we went to check in the was confusion that our booking wasn’t ready and payment was requested again even tho I had paid ! Room was executive room but to be honesty it was average it was large but that was it only two coffee packets carpet was lumping so easy to trip on ! Nothing to say it was worth the extra for executive room !
