I think if we hadn’t booked Premier Plus rooms with aircon this would be a very different review - we had my elderly mum with us so as it was very hot I would have been very concerned about her but as we did book these we were fine. - she in fact said she was a bit cold. Hotel has plenty of parking but could do with a bit of tlc to the rest of the hotel - even the Prem Plus rooms are looking a little tired ( Mums had a bit of an odd smell like an unclean mop might have been used and ours smelt strongly of drains but oddly not until we got back from breakfast and were checking out ) so I’m guessing they were done some time ago. We ate in the attached restaurant in the evening which was fine - the 2 guys in there did a good job and the food was basic but edible - no issues but nothing to really shout about either - convenient though. Breakfast was worse - not enough staff on - we were not advised about ordering some items such as porridge from our server and the items already out under the lamps looked a little unappetising - the place could do with a freshen up and a good deep clean tbh.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views. Amenities like the pool, spa, and fitness center were top-notch. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The location was perfect—close to major attractions, yet quiet and peaceful. Everything was well-maintained, and service was prompt and professional throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway. I can’t wait to return on my next trip. Five stars all the way!

I had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a beautiful view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location is perfect. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of variety. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting

Excellent staff, shout out to Shazeen very helpful in restaurant ,front of hotel staff very friendly and helpful as well, thoroughly enjoyed the food on two nights visit to the adjoining restaurant . Breakfast was good and quickly prepared , one of the better hotels

The room temperature maintained a consistent 26 degrees Celsius overnight, despite an external temperature of 15 degrees Celsius. The room was equipped with a tower fan, but it was not operational. Evening restaurant staff exhibited unprofessional conduct. Despite a reservation for 6:00 PM, they repeatedly pressured the table to order food by 6:05 PM. Breakfast service experienced a significant delay of 45 minutes and the quality was rated as 5/10. Having stayed at this establishment last year, we will not be returning next year.

After a long day at work I was greeted in the restaurant by a cheery young lady called Shazeen. She welcomed me in with a friendly smile and professional manner and happily talked me through the menu to check I was happy with my choice. I travel all over the world for work and I have to say this was a very memorable experience for me. Nothing was too much trouble. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and an asset to Premier Inn. Top class!

Spent the evening in the bar and had a great time. Atmosphere is friendly and staff are welcoming. Thenk you Porshe for looking after us. Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow.

The room temperature was dangerously high for people with health conditions. No aircon, which is advised on the booking site, this led me to believe they had alternatives, but the fan in the room was completely inadequate and on a two hour timer, so kept going off during the night, making sleep impossible. The restaurant staff were really helpful and friendly, unfortunately I had to send my meal back, they were so understanding and couldn't apologise enough, including the chef. I would stay here again, just not in the summer months.

Premier Inns have been declining for many years overpriced and very basic amenities for the cost . The food in adjoining so called restaurants should be avoided like the plague . My simple breakfast of bacon and eggs was disgusting. Hard hard is to cook bacon and eggs ? Never again
