Premier Inn Nottingham West

Had a one night stay here while visiting Nottingham and was very satisfied. Friendly welcome and all staff were polite and helpful. Room was clean and standard Premier Inn facilities. Breakfast was nicely presented although one criticism there wasn’t any scrambled egg and as I only usually have this and mushrooms I paid for a cooked breakfast but only ended up with the continental. Great location as only a couple of minutes walk to the excellent tram service into Nottingham.

Typical premier inn……my room smelt stale but looked clean…..sheets and towels were fresh as was bedding. Never walk on hotel carpet without slippers on anyway, but maybe carpet had had a spillage on last booking…..

The rooms where a bit dusty the bathroom is very old and smelly the tap water was either cold or too hot

Arrived by motorbike quite late in the evening, by the time I'd scoped out the parking lot, Darryl had come out from reception to take me somewhere I could chain the bike that was also on camera. Then shifted my room location to save me walking with my luggage. Karen was a dear too. Such a lovely welcome and a relief to know bike is securely parked up.

Excellent comfortable bed. really fantastic sleep as room was quietly positioned too. Staff were very helpful and had a little library of books and teddies to borrow This was very helpful since we forgot a bedtime story book.

We have had a wonderful 2 night stay at this Premier Inn and that is all down to the staff. The incredible service started before we even arrive. We booked our 2 nights as 2 separate bookings due to a last minute decision to stay an extra night. I called up and the lovely lady who answered the phone, linked our bookings and also made sure that the 3 rooms we needed due to being a big family group were all next to each other. On arrival we were greeted by the reception team who were so friendly and just couldn't do enough. Once we got to our room we were delighted to find they had hidden 3 little paper pumpkins in the room for my children find and if they found them all, they got a prize. There was also a box of chocolates on the desk which was so generous and unexpected. On our second morning my son caught his finger whilst messing around with his brother. Off we trooped to reception to see if they had a plaster and once again they were more than happy to help. Yes the rooms are a bit tatty in places and my parents room had a funny smell but the staff really make this place and I would absolutely stay again.

We stopped at our favourite hotel for my best friend birthday I can’t thank Tina and her team for making everything so special Dressing the room A bottle of fizz waiting for us And thank you to the staff at beefeater for making Sunday breakfast special Can’t wait to see you all again We’ll be back very soon

Great stay for a night before the rowing championship, hotel about 23 minute drive from our rowing venue

Usually stay at the hotel in ruddington for visiting family. On this occasion it was fully booked. However, I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, very helpful staff and I would stay again. Thank you
