We would have expected more for a 5-star hotel. The floor around the pool bar always looked dirty due to old stains from the dates in the palm trees. For the price I paid, I would have expected at least the soft drinks in the room to be free, instead of charging a whopping 6 euros for them. The prices are far too high overall. A cocktail served in a martini glass cost 18 euros! Dinner buffet per person 65 euros WITHOUT drinks, far too much, at least soft drinks and maybe a table wine could have been included. Breakfast was the same every morning. We know from 4-star hotels that there is also, for example, a glass of prosecco for self-service - unfortunately not here. The evening program (music) was always too loud for the small area and the number of guests present. In the room we missed hooks to air out worn clothes, and a line or clothes rack for wet swimwear would have been nice on the balcony too. Even in our current 4-star hotel there is a small clothes rack on the balcony! Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars but got pulled down by a couple of elements. The positives; Nice big resort with heaps of room to spread out. The beach is stunning and one of the best that I’ve been to. Private beach club at the beach is very good. The staff are mostly super friendly The rooms are very nice size and super clean The free buggy transfer to beach works really well The negatives Breakfast is big but nothing with substance, all food average and nothing great. Charging $95 Euros for a front row chair at the beach. I understand there should be some charge but believe it’s overpriced. Charging $15 Euros for an Aperol Spritz. I’m from Australia, that’s almost $30 in my currency! I had booked a couples massage at the spa 2 months in advance and received confirmation. 2 hours before, once we organised our whole day around the massages, I received a call that they have to cancel. One of the therapist is sick I was told, which I can understand can happen but then I asked about why is the whole thing cancelled and not just for one of us, as its for a couples massage, she said both therapist were sick, which sounds like a massive coincidence! This didn’t leave a good last impression to us. Lastly, I know it’s been mentioned in other reviews, would be great to bring back the shuttle bus to Villasimius town, even at a small fee. Paying $30-40 euro for a return trip for taxis for a 5 minute trip is excessive. They offer free bikes to ride into town but it’s not really safe at night to do this, dark un surfaced roads

This was the best hotel i have ever been to. The staff was extremly nice and the food was amazing. The best thing in the Hotel Timi Ama is clearly the Entertainment for the kids. Amazing sportgrounds and the people who worked at the Teen (Kids) Club were always very nice. Next year i want to come back. The best time to go is at the Feragusto days the flair is incredible and the firework breathtaking Thanks Timi Ama for this unforgettable moments.

The resort is beautiful!! Beaches were magical. The food was delicious, and there was live performance and DJ entertainment every night. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always making sure we had a great stay. Tatiana stood out, she checked in with us often, gave helpful tips and encouraged us to join the activities. But in all, every staff member was great, from the front desk to house keeping and restaurants/bars!! Excellent service!! Thank you!!

It was a very pleasant experience. Every single person working at the structure has been absolutely fantastic. I must mention two young people who were always amazingly useful and nice to us: Valery and Christian. If you are lucky enough to enjoy their professionalism you won’t regret one minute of your experience on Timi AMA Resort, and in case you don’t seem to be able to spot them among all the people working there, don’t worry they will find you and put their time at your will. On top of that, food is great on Timi AMA, and same for the night show’s organized by the management trough real professional dancers and musicians. Do you like chatting about economies even on vacation time? Look for Leonardo, he knows what he’s talking about! All in all a very nice holiday ! Max Interlandi.

It is truly perplexing how this hotel is rated as a 5-star establishment. Based on our recent stay, it falls far short of luxury and, at best, should be considered a 3-star hotel. While the bedrooms and bathrooms were indeed very clean, the overall quality of the furniture and bathroom fittings was severely lacking. We consistently felt like we were staying at a basic Premier Inn, which is certainly not the expectation for a supposedly high-end hotel. Furthermore, our arrival was met with an underwhelming lack of hospitality – there was no greeting whatsoever, which set a rather cold tone for the beginning of our stay. This in itself is a basic expectation, regardless of star rating, and was noticeably absent. The breakfast offering also contributed to our disappointment. The quality of the food was basic and not at all what one would expect from a 5-star establishment. Adding to this, the attire of some other guests was inappropriate, with some young men roaming around shirtless, which we found really distasteful and not conducive to a 5 star resort it claims it is. Upon entering the lobby, it felt more like walking into an office building rather than a "5-star hotel." The building and decor in the lobby appear to be stuck in the late 1980s, although we could see an effort had been made to update the outdoor furniture. Even the hotel gym, despite having high-end equipment, had an awful smell that made it unusable. We had intended to use the facilities but simply could not stand the odor. Overall, the experience was profoundly confusing given the advertised rating, and we left feeling quite disappointed by the disparity between.

The website is totally misleading and I’m staggered by prior reviews. Booked a junior suite and it’s tiny nothing like the pictures or as described. The room is more like a standard room with a tiny sitting area. Terrace is big but it overlooks the kids club and the loud speakers they use are totally intrusive especially at night. It’s so loud you can still hear it in the suite with the doors closed and locked. Reception and management don’t care. In fact they don’t seem to understand why you might be offended by the excessive noise for over an 1.5 hour No where is this described or explained or I certainly would not have booked !! Amenities At the beach are limited so Run a mile should be 3 stars at best

It was a great experience they did a great job with our massages and such great customer service. Very attentive to what we need. Hotel staff is great and wonderful. Would recommend to anyone looking to have a relaxing session with Isaac and Ibra
