I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was always clean, the drinks were delicious, and the food in the dining area was very tasty. The animators did a great job entertaining us, they were always cheerful and friendly. The staff was very welcoming, and the atmosphere of the hotel made me feel comfortable and happy. Overall, everything was perfect, and I would love to come back again! 🩷

The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The animation team is great, the staff very friendly, and everything is kept clean – both in the rooms and on the beach. The manager is actively involved and always ready to help, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Club Eloro in Sicily. The hotel is perfectly located right by the sea, with a clean sandy beach and easy access to the water. The rooms are spacious, bright, and well-maintained with daily cleaning. The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of fresh fruits and desserts. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the entertainment for both adults and children made the evenings fun. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I would definitely love to come back again!

The only good thing about this hotel is Melila( works behind the beach bar) and the cleaning ladies — they are kind, hardworking, and truly lovely. Sadly, everything else is terrible: outdated rooms, leaks, rude and unhelpful staff, and overall awful service. Would never recommend.

Please read. I have read and dismissed many reviews. We have travelled far and wide pre children and 12 years with a child. We are currently trying to leave and get a refund after 2 days of five booked. The beach is great. Really great beach and sunbeds. Don’t pay extra for a food deal, you won’t get in. The evening entertainment is awful, even with free alcohol. The wine is out of a vending machine and terrible. The canteen if you don’t get in the restaurant which you won’t is really bad. I cannot emphasise enough how bad this place is. I have stayed in cheap places in Guatemala and South America. I’m happy with that. Stay up the road if I were you.. so we have left but the reception won’t sort anything out without the manager. We have tried to talk to the manager but he will not call or when we call he is not available. Basically a con artist. We will go back on Sunday to call his bluff. Please do not book here

The rooms were very clean As well as the service is perfect. More activities at the beach We enjoyed a lot and try to come back next summer.
