Beautiful hilltop Masseria with stunning views all around. Very relaxed chilled out place, with well equipped rooms and a large deep pool. Staff very friendly and low key. The owner was present every day- a former guest who liked the place so much he bought it! If relaxing by the pool listening to only the breeze through the olive trees is your thing then this is a great place. They serve gourmet dinners twice a week- great value and delicious and breakfast is available if booked the day before. Shout out to Sam who ran the poolside bar and who made the best iced coffee we’ve ever had. Our room was well equipped with a full kitchen and there was a nice private garden looking west to enjoy the sunsets. Well located for visiting the beautiful towns and villages of Val de Noto. Would we return or recommend - yes!

Peaceful pastoral place. Stunning rooms and glass walled communal breakfast area. Common spaces are memorable, including pool. Bar is available but rarely staffed and front office staff are often busy. Bring your own food for preparation or be prepared to venture into nearby Rosolino, a 10 minute car ride. We ate a spectacular chef’s dinner at the hotel—heartily recommend if it’s available. Bike riding for advanced riders only, IMO

Absolutely stunning conversion with long reaching views. Rooms are beautiful and well equipped with fridge, cooker and dishwasher. Pool was perfect and dogs welcome everywhere. The private gardens for each room were a great addition. Cleaning team were excellent and always happy to leave us extra things like coffee pods and dishwasher tablets. Reception including Danni and Sonia were most helpful with everything from recommended restaurants to printing off documents. We would definitely recommend and hope to return soon. A car is essential. Noto is 18 minutes drive but well worth it - beautiful.

Superb quiet rural getaway.
Absolutely charming. Lovely staff, great food, relaxed atmosphere, huge room with private garden. Lovely garden surrounds & quiet. Perfect way to relax & short drive to some gems & stunning restaurant recommendations. 2 nights was not long enough.
