The Roma are great and the location is good to see the old areas of the town. We feel like the pastries and breads at breakfast were stale and probably from the day before. One of the ladies working the front desk spoke English but on our checkout day, we could not communicate very well about needing a taxi.

Just returned from a wedding near Notto and this was our base for four nights. I'd like to give 5 stars but really it only deserves four and a half as there were issues with hot water at various times. The hotel itself is lovely, The room was large and spacious an the bed was very comfortable. The room could have done with a couple of extra drawers and a full-length mirror (for the ladies). The location is fine , although everything is up-hill when going anywhere. Importantly nothing is too far away . The staff are wonderful. They go way beyond what I have experienced in other places. Special shout to Theadora and Fabrizia at reception and also to the lady who made my coffee every morning. Would I stay again? Yes if I was going to Notto again. But I don't think Notto is a place that I would want to visit again. After four days I can't think of anything that I might have missed and would make me want to return unless it was to try to visit the hundreds of bistros and cafes that are there.

The hotel was a five minute walk to the centre of town and located in a quiet location. The room was good size and in excellent condition. The breakfast was also excellent and catered for all tastes. But what really made our stay special were the staff. They were friendly, professional and helpful as nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend this hotel. Other from the room size and the comfort of the bad, the rest was simply bad!!! No hot water?!?! 4 star hotel?!? Breakfast that any 2 star B&B wins in no time?!? Not worth the money!!!! Simply go somewhere else. Not here!!! The location is good, parking is available free

Tutto perfetto! Davvero, camere grandi pulite accoglienti e molto ben arredate, personale attento e disponibile, veramente un hotel che merita 4 stelle, ma…ma… LA COLAZIONE veramente misera, 4 mini cornetti congelati, biscotti opinabili, colazione internazionale inesistente, ma la cosa più scandalosa il pane raffermo, ho dovuto riscaldarlo per renderlo mangiabile, peccato perdersi in un dettaglio così importante come la colazione

Hotel in posizione strategica, pochi minuti a piedi e sei in centro. Buone colazioni e in giuste quantità. Molto pulito, personale attento e disponibile . Un grazie particolare alla Signora Laura per i consigli dati sui vari spostamenti. Super consigliato.

Hotel appena fuori dal centro storico di Noto raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. La struttura non dispone di parcheggio privato ma nella piazzetta antistante si trova parcheggio in maniera più o meno facile a seconda dell'orario. Hotel molto curato, pulito e silenzioso con personale cordiale e disponibile, unica pecca per le mie abitudini, considerato che si tratta di un 4 stelle, è la mancanza di un servizio bar vero o con distributori automatici. In compenso si riprende con gli interessi per la colazione, ottima, abbondante, varia nel salato e dolce con prodotti fatti in casa veramente ottimi, complimenti. Le camere sono estremamente confortevoli, pulite, ampie e dotate di frigobar e cassaforte, il bagno completo di bidet e finestrato, con ottime spugne, unico neo il frigobar rumoroso che abbiamo dovuto spegnere. Che dire se torniamo a Noto sicuramente prenoteremo li.

Hotel super consigliato. Posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro a piedi in pochi minuti e parcheggiare con tranquillità. Personale professionale, cortese, disponibile ed attento a soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti. Consigli graditissimi per le visite dell' hinterland. Pulizia e servizi in camera ottimi. Letto super confortevole.
