Detached cottage of 110 m2 on 450m2 plot in quiet area, gate with remote control, large parking, 2 double bedrooms including 1 with personal bathroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 outdoor shower, outdoor dining table with large umbrella, grill. From this oasis of relaxation, you can decide whether to walk to the nearest beach (10 minutes ), or take your car and enjoy the beautiful beaches nearby. And if it's a windy day here and the sea is rough, you can in just over 20 minutes reach the Granelli beaches that face southwest, so you won't miss any beach day. In the evening you can choose between the beautiful Marzamemi (1 km walk via the beach, 2 minutes by car) or decide to visit the renowned nearby towns: Noto and Avola 25 minutes away, Syracuse 40 minutes, Ragusa 50 minutes.
