Villa Valiha Boutique Hotel

I stayed at this facility in August 2023, together with my children and on a trip organized with other families from Italy. I found the structure very beautiful, even if with significant differences between some rooms and others and with the presence of numerous insects in almost all the rooms, almost devoid of protection (apart from the mosquito net on the bed). Unfortunately, however, on the second night, due to a mishap beyond my control, damage was caused to a door (because one of my children had remained locked inside!) and from that moment the hotel manager began to behave rudely towards me. We obviously paid for the damage but that didn't change anything. I find that the structure would benefit from the presence of a more affable manager, capable of managing relationships with customers and more inclined to welcome families with children. If I hadn't been with a group and on an organized trip, I would certainly have changed structure because for me the education of staff is the first necessary requirement of a hotel.
