Had a great stay in this place. I was specifically looking for a place in Ambatoloaka since tours to Nosy Iranja leave from here. The hotel’s location is great. There are lots of restaurants, bars, shops, and ATMs nearby, and the beach is only a short walk away. The staff is great. The free buffet breakfast was good with varied selections, the restaurant serves good food too. The room i had was great, all rooms have a sunset view. Laundry service was very cheap. I also loved the fact that they accept credit cards—- many hotels in Madagascar don’t, including some fancy ones. It’s such a hassle carrying a huge pile of cash upon check out. Had to deduct a point though cause the pillows provided were very hard! The wifi was also very spotty if you’re not in the pool area.

Due to the difficulty of renting two rooms on the dates of our arrival, we finally rented, still in Europe, through the large international booking site, an "entire villa of 204 m2 with sea and garden view, with two bedrooms" in this hotel for two nights for 450 E There was free cancellation possible until a certain date. First oddity, upon booking we were asked to pay 50% of the price immediately, which we did not do. Arrived in Madagascar about ten days before the date of free cancellation, we telephoned this hotel to finalize the reservation. Surprise: we were told that we would not have this entire villa but two small close rooms: one twin with shower, the other double. Admittedly, a coordination error between the site and the hotel could have occurred. But then, having seen for other dates that single rooms were renting between 47 and 60 euros per night, we asked the lady Rachida, what would be the new price then. On three occasions, she confirmed to us that the price reserved would be the one applied (for a service therefore unrelated!!!) Finally we found on the site another opportunity for two rooms on our dates and we canceled on the deadline of free cancellation ! Their attempt did not work!

Bel hôtel. Chambres spacieuses et propres. Bien situé. Petite piscine agréable. Personnel très gentil. Seul bémol : clientele composée de beaucoup de vieux messieurs accompagnés de très jeunes filles. Cela m'a mis très mal à l'aise pour ma part.

Petite parenthèse de 4 jours, bel établissement, accueil parfait, tout le personnel réactif et gentil, merci à Clermont et Rachida pour les conseils et services. Chambres à la hauteur des attentes, confortables, grande terrasse et magnifique vue, calme mais tout près de la ville. Petit déjeuner bien et repas du soir pas mal du tout. Parfait pour une visite de Nosy Be Wifi très très moyen, mais pas grave :-) A Refaire et conseiller

Accueil excellent! Spot et vues sur la baie et l’océan de rêves depuis la chambre. Le service est parfait avec beaucoup de sourires et de gentillesses. L’hôtel est idéalement placé pour sortir le soir. Le bar restaurant offre des mets avec beaucoup de saveurs. Et la directrice est très très sympa! Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour.
