After just 24 hours, we can confidently say that this is the most magical vacation we've ever had. Located right on the ocean's edge, most bungalows offer breathtaking views that make you feel as if you're a part of the seascape. The natural infinity pool isn't just a pool; it's a frame for the living artwork that is the ocean and sky. The lodge only has around 10 bungalows, providing an intimate, familial atmosphere. The staff isn't just courteous; they embody a level of hospitality that makes you feel as if you've been welcomed into a home. But what sets this place apart is its harmonious coexistence with nature. Opening your wooden shutter in the morning is like opening a portal to an enchanting world—where the ocean smiles back at you, diverse animal calls serenade you, and even a friendly gecko may greet you from the ceiling. It's a level of interconnectedness with nature that is seldom found in the western world. Special thanks to the staff and Luc for making our start in this Edenic getaway so perfect. We are ecstatic to spend more days in this slice of paradise and will unquestionably return.

An lovely resort near the airport on the west side of Nosy be. The garden is beautiful and the view of the somewhat rocky beach is fabulous. The food (set meals) is good. The wood bungalows are spacious and well equipped. From the airport it is a 4 km on a dirt trail. There is absolutely no noise from the airport.

This was a last-minute one-night booking when our travel agency realised that we would not be able to get a boat from Nosy Be to the island on which we were due to stay before nightfall. We had a very pleasant stay and in many respects I rather wish we'd stayed here rather than the other place; Manga Soa is much more characterful. And it seems that the majority of the excursions that all the lodges offer are similar (and probably of a similar price). Things I wasn't so keen on were the road leading to the lodge and the rather dimly lit room (Number 12). However, the room was large, clean and comfortable and the bathroom was also a good size, with a decent shower. The members of staff who ran the bar and served food were fabulous. What charming people! My French is pretty non-existent but we got everything we needed and were made to feel very welcome. Full marks. The food was good, without being exceptional. All in all a nice place to stay.

Wow! We had an amazing stay at Manga Soa Lodge. You really couldn't ask for more. The grounds of the hotel are meticulously kept with an amazing variety of flowers and plants. The owners and staff are all brilliantly friendly - it was good fun working through the language barrier too. Manga Soa also feels particularly exclusive. We were one of just three couples during our stay. Whilst the sea is rather rocky, the pool offers more than enough space to relax during the day. The spa also offered the best massage my wife and I have ever experienced. Only $20 for a whole hour - very reasonable and truly incredible. The food is also cooked to a fantastic standard. Whilst this may not want to be the place you stay for a week or two, for a few nights it is the perfect place to stay and unwind. We stayed here for 2 nights before a 10 night stay at Constance Tsarabanjina. Since the Constance boat leaves from Manga Soa, it is ideally located and the two hotels communicated well to make sure our transfer was smooth.

Si vous recherché en endroit calme & reposant, alors ce petit coin de paradis « il en faut un par mis tant d’autre » est pour vous et se trouve sur la côte Est de Nosy Be « Madagascar » Implanté au cœur d’une végétation luxuriante, ce petit complexe hôtelier d’uns douzaine d’Eco Lodge, a tout d’un grand. Magali & Guillaume sont là à votre écoute et pour vous conseiller, un personnel d’une extrême gentillesse au petits soin, sans parler de la restauration qui n’a rien à envier à de très bon restaurants Parisiens ou autres. Des excursions vous sont proposé et bien d’autres activités, dans un proche avenir d’autres vous serons proposées (Golf, Plongée, ext. …)

Avons passé 5 nuits au Manga Soa Lodge pour terminer en beauté et au calme 3 superbes semaines d’un voyage inoubliable à Madagascar. Les hôtes Océane et Romain nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup d’attention et de gentillesse, toujours à l’écoute de nos demandes éventuelles. L’endroit n’est malheureusement pas facile d’accès (piste défoncée mais qui devrait être asphaltée d’ici la fin de l’année) bien que heureusement proche - 20 minutes - de l’aéroport de Nosy Be (sans en subir les désagréments, vu le peu d’avions qui y décollent ou atterrissent). Le personnel est hyper gentil et souriant et la cuisine excellente (encore bravo au chef).

C'est avec grand plaisir que j'ai pu passer deux semaines dans ce petit coin de paradis. Vivre dans les lodges est une expérience très relaxante, on s'endort aux bruits des insectes et des vagues tout en ayant tout le confort moderne. Mention spéciale au restaurant, il est très abordable et l'ensemble des plats proposés sont délicieux. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. De plus, on peut réserver des excursions sur l'ile directement via l'hôtel et ce dernier n'est qu'à environ 25min de l'aéroport.
