EXCELLENT PROPERTY!! Great rooms, quiet beach, GORGEOUS VIEWS, and excellent food. The staff was fantastic, Julie was great and the assistant manager so kind an lovely. Everyone there had big smiles and were so kind... Many Italians stay there, so they really need good food and it delivers...I was so comfortable there, I slept great and I highly recommend this property

The Italian staff was quite predatory with racist undertones. Particularly Marco and Alex, those of which who asked me and my friend ( two underaged girls of colour) to go out to town/bars with them. One of them was quite persistent and according to the chefs this is a frequent event whenever they see Malagasy/ coloured guests. Once confronted they were saying that they don’t usually go out with guests as it’s a mixture of work and play. And stated that we weren’t considered “work”. He further said that we aren’t Italian, and therefore aren’t real guests/real work. Though we are guests, who pay the same price. On top of that the food really isn’t good, so there’s that. Better to get your own Villa or go to a different hotel.

This is the absolute worst hotel in Madagascar. Way overpriced and when there was family issue which made me leave early they would not refund any of my unused nights that were still over 24 hours in advance. The staff would not let me talk to the manager because he is not even living in the country and they didn’t want to bother him. You could not pay me to ever return to this hotel ever again. Save your money and go anywhere else. 0 out of 10 rating

Villaggio molto bello con ottima cucina e situato fronte mare, anche se il mare a causa delle maree non è affatto bello. Il personale è molto gentile. Molto basica l'animazione anche se ciò credo che nel mio caso sia da attribuire al fatto che ci sono andato nell'ultima settimana di apertura del villaggio e la struttura non era piena. Per le escursioni il villaggio offre una vasta scelta anche se noi abbiamo optato per fare le escursioni con organizzatori locali esterni al villaggio con i quali ovviamente si spende meno. Molto bravo ed affidabile Alberto (cell. +261 320401164) con il quale conviene prendere accordi già prima di arrivare tramite whatsapp. Le guide locali parlano molto bene l'italiano e con loro conosci la vera anima del luogo ed i posti più belli. La nostra guida era fantastica e si chiama Brice ma anche Gianni è molto bravo. So che altri viaggiatori si sono trovati bene anche con Cosimo ma noi siamo stati davvero contenti dell'organizzazione di Alberto

Soggiornato due settimane centrali di agosto con la mia famiglia ,struttura adeguata ai standard europei ,molto pulita sia nelle parti comuni come anche nelle stanze cibo di qualità ma non attardatevi perche se no c'è il rischio di non trovare più la stessa varietà che trovereste inizialmente ,piscina pulita ma con pochi lettini,animazione non oppressiva,ma per certi versi fin troppo tranquilla in modo particolare se al seguito avete come noi una figlia quindicenne (onestamente per quella fascia di eta mi sentirei di dire che l'animazione è quasi inesistente ) spiaggia molto pulita e tranquilla e con quasi totale assenza di venditori ambulanti , per gli amanti del fitness c'è una attrezzatissima palestra (unico neo e che su tre tapis roulant ne funzionava solo uno ma il direttore persona molto attenta e precisa mi ha assicurato che li avrebbe fatti riparare ) e attigui campi da tennis.

Struttura allungata sul mare, recente, anno 2014, poche stanze, immerse nel verde, moderne e confortevoli. Animazione Veratour è una garanzia, Matteo (capo villaggio) molto bravo come anche Alessandro (cantante) e il fotografo Fabio. Servizio impeccabile. Temperature a dicembre perfette. Escursioni ottime proposte dal resort.
