Positive: Super helpful staff. We got the 6th floor that had a nice view. There is a pool - saw people having fun there but didn't went there. Negative: No parking, mini-bar is empty (if you need water or so, you need to ask at the front-desk), room needs some reno (mattress is old, pillows are terrible, AC was broken), I found hair on the bed and bathroom, the sheets had stains. Breakfast is ok (despite the croissant was good!). It is a good hotel to stay one or two nights. note: after my stay I received an email encouraging me to post a POSITIVE review here or if I had a negative stay, to contact the hotel directly - something that I found too bad.

Posizionato in un quartiere tranquillo anche se un po’ fatiscente, a pochissimi passi dal centro, presenta camere pulite anche se non troppo grandi e sicuramente da rivedere; nella mia il matrimoniale era praticamente attaccato alla porta finestra e non aveva di conseguenza il comodino su un lato. Bagno abbastanza spazioso e con bidet. Colazione a buffet, classico misto tra dolce e salato senza grandi sorprese. Si può mangiare tanto senza ambire a troppa qualità. Un appunto al personale: la prima sera la receptionist ci dice di non avere posto anticipando la nostra comunicazione sul fatto che avevamo già una prenotazione. Al mattino, due ore prima del checkout, ci bussano per chiedere se, intanto, anticipiamo la restituzione degli asciugamani. Che però avremmo usato ancora e quindi la risposta è stata un “no”. In entrambi i casi un po’ di pazienza non guasterebbe. Buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo vista la colazione inclusa.

Buenos días. Esta semana mi hija y sus compañeros de instituto han ido a Portugal y se alojaron en este hotel. Llevaban pensión completa. Se había acordado el tema de alergias con la agencia y hotel desde España y parecía que todo estaba controlado. Buffet pobre, no propio para adoles entes y para los niños alérgicos no había nada.5 días poniéndoles arroz y no había ni tomate, con keptchup. En 5 días no les dieron solución. Una verdadera pena, como las habitaciones y demás prestaciones estaban muy bien. Los niños tuvieron que tirar de un mercadona q había cerca y de McDonald, con el gasto adicional que esto supone habiendo pagado pensión completa.
