The Room was OK with a fake plastic window, the smell of the bathroom was so bad, I needed to go outside behind the car to take a dump. We put the fan on full throttle into the bathroom. To add to that the beach is around 1,4 KM away. Try to not go there.

This is a lovely hotel and the staff provides personal care. The rooms are clean and comfortable and a full breakfast was provided every morning. The staff is available to make reservations for you and have food delivered and will even do your laundry. Angelo, Jose and Erica are the best! We were very well cared for. Would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay here, it was near the beach and the town! The staff are so kind, they couldn’t do more to help giving us recommendations and helping me when I misplaced my AirPods which was my fault! Really recommend, would visit again x :)

beautiful rooms over looking pool and gardens, angelo is a great hands on owner and looked after all our needs and making us feel special...hotel is small boutique hotel walking distance from all of samara and its beautiful beach breakfast was great.....Will

The hotel is dirty and their is so much broken that it's dangerous. There is a dirty outdoor carpet throughout the hotel that cannot be cleaned properly. I wanted to stay 3 nights, 1 night was enough. Too bad there are no 0 stars to give.

Avons s'éjourné 4 jours à cet établissement. Contrairement a leur prétention sur leur site, l'hôtel est situé à 25 minutes de marche du centre et de la plage de Samara, et non à 350 mètres. La piscine est minuscule et chargée de trop de chaises. Chambre bien équipée lit pas confortable. Bon déjeuner.

PESIMA!!! atención de parte del propio dueño del hotel "ANGELO" fuimos insultados, maltratados y amenazados violentamente por él. Reservamos y pagamos 2 noches. Al llegar al hotel nos dicen que nuestra reserva está cancelada sin aviso previo, porque el banco no les avisó del depósito. Después de 2 horas en recepción reclamando, llamamos al banco y ellos corroboraron y aprobaron el depósito, pero el Sr. Angelo no le dio la gana revisar su cuenta para verificar el pago, la solución que nos dio fue que pagaramos nuevamente la estadía, de contrario llamaria a la policia. Cero posibilidad de resolver el problema, cero empatía, cero amabilidad y un violento trato al cliente. Presenciamos maltrato laboral a una de sus trabajadoras, insultandola y desconfiando de su gestión que por cierto fue muy amable y dispuesta. Fuimos tratados como estafadores, perdimos tiempo de nuestras vacaciones, perdimos dinero y pasamos un mal rato gratis. Este tipo de empresario está obsoleto y hace daño al turismo, no suma a nadie.

El primer dia que llegue el hotel me parecio agradable, sin embargo en la recepcion me dijeron una cosa y al dia siguiente otra. Vivi un momento super traumatico porque por un error del hotel me querian hacer pagar. El dia del cumpleanhos de mi hijo debido a la situacion sufri un colapso nervioso y solo ahi respondieron por lo que hicieron, sin embargo me arruinaron las vacaciones y despues de una mala resenha se inventaron cargos para hacerme cobro extra, cuando me habian dicho que todo estaba bien y que habian destruido los datos de mi tarjeta. El desayuno tambien estuvo bastante mal, las instalaciones regulares, pero el precio elevado. Sinceramente no recomendaria ir, obviamente les interesa mas el dinero que el buen servicio al cliente.

Das Hotel liegt 7Minuten vom Strand entfernt und ist gut erreichbar mit einem eigenen Parkplatz, der abgeschlossen ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und Hilfsbereit! Es gibt einen sehr kleinen Pool und Whirlpool. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, für unseren Geschmack zu klein, mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Klima. Das Frühstück ist klassisch für Costa Rica mit Reis mit Bohnen, Rührei und Toast, frisches Obst und Joghurt vorab… ausreichend eventuell etwas wenig.
