I have used the Hotel a number of times over the years when visiting family in Norwich. The stay has always been, welcoming, relaxing and delivered at a reasonable cost and high standard of accommodation. Food is of a high standard, and the catering staff are excellent.

This is a fairly basic Premier Inn with no frills. Our room was basic but clean and quiet - it helped that we were the last room on our corridor. Check-in was quick and easy and staff all very friendly. The building is fairly old and finding rooms can be a bit like navigating a rabbit warren.

Room was good, clean and comfortable. Bed excellent, a good nights sleep. Enjoyed the rain shower. The bar area was a little tired and looks like it could do with a refurb, but that's just being picky. Overall a good stay and location only about 10 minutes walk to Norwich centre. Ideal that we could leave the car at the hotel for 24 hours.

We got checked in and went to our room, I was laid on the bed and my wife made a coffee, She then grabbed what she thought was a pair of my underpants from the bedside table which she then realised were worn knickers, She threw them down and washed her hands vigorously before going to reception to report it, They sent a cleaner in with what looked like a net and took them away but it was awful, Not what you expect to find and also no cleaners came in to clean where they were found.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking is expensive even though you’re a paying guest in the hotel. Bar closed early which was disappointing

We stayed here because we had to visit Norfolk for family reasons and it was close to the railway station, where we arrived at 9:30pm. As two females (mother and young teenage daughter) we were very unhappy with the pedestrian access between garages - it was very dark and felt like a rough area. Had we realised that we could access the hotel via the well-lit and better signposted restaurant, we would have done so but this was not clearly signposted. The staff were friendly, particularly in the restaurant where we squeezed in just before the kitchen closed, and the food was what I would expect from this type of venue. The bedroom was adequate, though could have been cleaner and since it was a family room, with a lot of space, it would have been nice to have more than one chair, so that if we wanted to eat in the room we didn't have to sit one person on the bed. I won't have any cause to go back to this hotel but you could do worse if you need to stay in Norwich.

A great hotel, centrally located. Walking distance to restaurants, train station. The music venue we were attending. A great stay
