The price is relatively cheap. There are many restaurants downstairs to choose from. There is also a Tesco supermarket near the bus station. The room cleaning is generally acceptable, but bottled personal cleaning supplies are not provided.

It’s basic, a clean bed and a hot shower is all you can hope for. If your expecting anything more then your at the wrong hotel.

Overall enjoy my stay here second time I've been here good value for the money food is good as well had breakfast and dinner there. Centre location in Norwich 5 minutes walk from train station and not to far to walk to main shopping area. Would stop there a gain . Ps staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Went to plant a tree for my brother and place his ashes at Wensum Park. The hotel is in the middle of hell. Police everywhere due to nightclubs and fighting outside the hotel. Hardly slept. Junkie needle left in hotel room on the windowsill 🤮

Avoid this place at all costs. Lift breakdown (with you in it), TV in the room not working, snappy and rude staff. Nobody on front desk in the mornings, the whole place just awful and sloppy. It's in a crummy area too - I'd advise everyone to steer well clear of this place.
