Check out time it’s at 11am, we had our do not disturb sign on, and room service keep knocking at our door at 7:30am. Very annoying

Easy, free shuttle from and to the airport. Decent steakhouse across the parking lot. Would stay here again.

The elevator wasn’t working. It hasn’t worked since July. I have trouble walking and climbing stairs. If I would have known the elevator wasn’t working I would’ve made reservations in another hotel.

Our stay was good. The hotel was able to find a room for us after ******* bumped us, less than one hour before check-in. But the Fairfield inn was awesome

The property was fairly new, clean and comfortable. It was extremely easy to get to the airport to return my rental car, prior to my flight departure.
The AC fan in my room was a bit noisy. If I had stayed longer, I would have asked to have maintenance come and look at it.
The front desk staff weren't overly warm, friendly or welcoming. The women who checked me in were OK. However, the man who checked me out early in the am was not friendly at all. When I asked for a printed receipt, he acted as if it were a major task. I was the only one checking out at the time.
I have stayed at many Marriot's. These things would not prevent me from doing so again. However, I would hope the staff will receive additional training on customer service.

This was a great hotel. My only complaint were the pillows - it's rare hotel pillows are good enough for us as side sleepers, though. I recommend staying here, though!
