The room was clean and comfortable. I don't care about the view. I just sleep there. Staff was pleasant and helpful

This pla e needs a MAJOR dep clean! Splatters everywhere, finger marks. Hair in the bed.

Paid extra money for a room with an extra amenity that did NOT work and they wouldn't even give me back at least half of my money! I will NOT go back - and I don't think he even cares!

This hotel is by far the best hotel I have stayed in Northport and Tuscaloosa area and the staff is very friendly

Had to get someone in to unplug toilet.
Also, Breakfast was limited to 3 cereals or waffle. No juice, just coffee and milk for cereal. they used to have toast and jelly along with muffins or other type buns.
