Cute Townhouse House itself was clean, nice kitchen and good sized bedrooms. A/C worked really well. I like to get up and walk in the mornings and it's very close to a beautiful park with a lake that you could fish in so that was a plus. The backyard was a mess which was a real turn off. The entire yard was full of weeds that came up to my knees so we couldn't enjoy our morning coffee outside and just looked bad. Cleaning fee I thought was a little excessive especially since we were required to clean and take out the trash before leaving.

Very clean comfortable home We were impressed by the cleanliness of this property. The beds were comfortable. The stairs were a little steep and hard to negotiate but that is to be expected with an older home. It was a short drive to the downtown area.
