"The hotel is on the north bridge, very close to Chinatown. There are small supermarkets, fresh tea lanes (milk tea shop) and Chinese restaurants within a hundred meters of the walk. There are also many bars nearby. Walk to the business district for about 15 to 20 minutes, you can take a cat car, because the road is slightly rounded, so the time is similar to walking, but you can sit and enjoy the street view. The room is not big, the kitchen is very simple, I personally feel that cooking instant noodles is OK, to make steaks and other easy to produce soot, or forget it. Convenient parking, 25 Australian dollars / day, probably a cheaper hotel. The front desk service is also very nice, not deliberately close, but very friendly, warm to tell you all the convenience information nearby."

"Excellent hotel, featuring an avartgarde bar with regular performers, urging crowds to participate in. Hotel guests can also sit quietly for a meal behind the bar in the classy diner snd read, relax and recharge. Must try the highly sophisticater 2 Fat Indian 5 star resturant at the hotel, located on the 2nd floor. Alternatively, for more privacy and authenticity the hotel concerige can hail a car/cab to chauffeur to the other 2 fat indian restuarnt situated at nearby Mt Lawley, another sophisticste, urban regentrified yuppie yet child friendly establishment."

"I only stayed for one night as I had a tour the next day.
I went to the kitchen at 6am before I left and the state of the kitchen was disgusting and had pigeons roaming around for the scraps and the gas hob was left on.
I agree it’s those who stay there and lack of respect they have for the place but surly it should be checked at the end of the night or very early first thing as it’s not everyone’s fault, kinda prevented me from using the kitchen.
There is a sign saying there would be a fine for pots being left out but there was such a mass of them it’s not checked.
The private room itself was clean and had the basics. But the communial areas were off putting"
"The hotel is very nice but unfortunately I was in a room that was extremely close to a very loud night club/venue. This only went quiet around midnight on a Sunday. I was offered a change of room late in the evening - at 11pm - but that was both impractical and largely pointless by that stage. Note that small rooms - at least - don't include a fridge or any coffee/tea making facilities. The dining room covers this to some extent."
"Amenities are lacking, no slippers provided. Fridge was stocked with chargeable drinks so there is no space to store our own drinks. Housekeeping was lacklustre as stains on counters were not wiped. Drainage in shower stall is also weirdly configured that may lead to small flood outside the stall.
Good amount of tea sachets provided. Bed is also very comfortable. Location is good and luggage storage is provided after check out."
"Rooms were recently renovated and is superrrr clean!! Carpets floorings were vacuumed and I can see no dust. Stayed for three nights. Hope it will stay like this in the future!
However toilets need some improvements especially the Shower area. No space to put our toiletries while bathing. The glass panels have spaces inbetween so the water will flow out and will make the floor all wet.
Lobby area is cozy. We left our luggages at the counter after checking out since our flight is only later that day. Thanks!"
"Novotel Perth Murray Street is perfectly located in the heart of Perth's CBD, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore the city. Its central location means you're just steps away from shopping precincts, popular restaurants, cultural attractions, and public transport, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Easy to walk to barrack street, elizabeth quay too."
"So central to all that Perth had to offer at that festive time of year. Very friendly staff went our of their way to help which ever way they could. The pub downstairs really rocks on Saturdays, so heavy duty earplugs are the way to go. The other nights I stayed were blissful. I would definitely stay there again."
"The room was clean and fresh with a comfortable bed. Basic kitchen facilities covered all my needs.
Check in was easy and lifts were promptly available.
Location was very central with the train station a 5-minute walk away.
I used the CPP car park at His Majesty's about 1 minute walk along Murray St. Cost was $39 for a 2-night stay without leaving. It was very busy and I got a space at level 8.
I would go back there."
