Was an excellent clean friendly hotel situated nr the Center parking was easy to follow and £16 isn’t too bad fir 24 hours

The hotel is a very stylish one. The staffs are super friendly. The location is close to the city. And they have their own park space(already it needs to be paid). But yet, it is a plus in a tourist city like York! Parking space may be difficult to find.
Would stay it once again when i am in York.

well situated about an 8 minute walk from the city, would not recommend paying for the hotel parking if you can use the car park next to it simply because its cheaper and has no availability issues, nice room, friendly staff and nicely airconditioned throughout

Excellent service, staff very friendly and helpful. Room lovely and very clean. Good location for York, close enough to centre to walk but not noisy/too busy. Nice restaurants/coffee shops nearby

The hotel had a shocking attitude. I had to cancel my stay with a weeks notice for bona fide reasons. I would imagine that there was no loss to the hotel for my cancelation as it was done with allot of notice. They billed me for a service I did not use. As a frequent business traveler , it's not in my interest to book with that chain again
