There was bed bugs and just disgusting I seen someone else walk in and 3 minutes later walk out cuz it was so nasty

Stayed at a lot of run-down places before but this takes the cake. Needs a major renovation some of the furniture look like from the 70s

Super 8 not so super!
Floor dirty, toilet would run randomly several times per hour, could see daylight under door—1” gap, secondary door lock broken, very noisy location including train nearby.

No thank you
Safety was a concern. I noticed alot of the door to the rooms had major gaps in them letting in debris, bugs and weather. There were ants and other bugs crawling around. The door latch would not close all the way unless forced closed and the deadbolt was broken.
The bed was comfortable enough. Heard train throughout the night along with traffic. The AC worked.

no frills, essentials done right.
This was a great trucker hotel in a trucker area. The necessities were clean and comfy, staff was very nice, surroundings were quiet at night, but the property needs serious maintenance so expect cracked but perfectly clean sinks and totally worn out but operable doors. I would stay here again if needed.

Michelle at the front desk is one of the rudest people in a liar that I’ve ever met her customer service skills is way below part and if the company knew better, they would actually fire her

Crack room
My stay was fine my room was crappy ,i thought I was on s crack house, bloood and crap all overvyhe walls, the lock on the room didn't lock,
If you don't like my statement oh well, then I guess I'll go to another website for hotel's, thank you for not caring about your client's

The staff was nice, the area was a little scary. The room itself had alot of damage and messed up plug covers, stains on the wall. Very outdated, some walls needed painting Very dusty like it hadn't been dusted in about a month. Hair stuck in the sink drain. Outlets didnt all work to charge things. It worked for the one night we needed but probably wouldn't stay again.

chair had white stains on the cushion and there were little hairs stuck in the towels. There was no ice bin in the room either. staff was friendly and helpful when approached.
