Great place to stay. A little dated, but staff were exceptional and let me check in early, the unit was spacious, clean and comfortable, it had a full size fridge and kitchen and plenty of room. Minor criticisms would be that people in 2 bedroom units have free access to washing machines and dryers whilst people in 1 bedroom units have to use coin operated ones, and the TV was a bit on the small size. It is within walking distance of The Strand and shops. I would he happy to stay again and happy to recommend

Both my husband and I were very happy with the layout of the apartment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Having a separate bedroom to the kitchen and loungeroom was very welcome. We found the apartment relaxing and quiet. The laundry was accessible with clothes lines to dry my washing.

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment. It was really great, spacious kitchen with all equipment we needed. Comfortable beds. All ultra clean. Also quiet. 10 minutes walk and we were on the Strand. Perfect! And a special mention about Nadine on reception, thank you for your patience when we had to reschedule due to illness, twice!

This was a humble, welcoming apartment with all the basic amenities for an extended weekend away. We stayed here for its close proximity to the Jezzine Barracks (start line for the Townsville marathon at 4:45am) and the Strand. The kitchen had all the basic utensils for cooking meals. We didn't get an opportunity for additional towels but that wasn't the end of the world. Courteous long-term neighbours that weren't rowdy or loud. Great stay

Very comfortable, clean and spacious apartment. The two bedrooms were perfect for my husband and myself as well as our son. Great location short walk to alot of shops, Castle Hill and The Strand. We'll be back next visit, highly recommend. Thank you.

Spacious Apartment perfect for families. Modern Furniture. Good Value for money if you're looking to stay on budget. Close to most beach. Great fish and chip shop just up the road. Kids will love the pool.

Stayed at palm waters for 7 weeks with my husband. We were visiting family and the swimming pool was terrific fun for the grandchildren. Our one bedroom apartment was spacious with full kitchen facilities, comfortable bed and all of the staff were lovely and friendly. It’s close to the strand, rock pool, cafe’s and restaurants. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Beautiful clean apartment with all the facilities to make it a home from home. Really comfortable beds and the pool was clean. Convenient location with good parking. The road outside can be a bit noisy though. Communication was good with phone calls and emails when necessary. Would stay here again.
