It was a great place for relaxation, the downfall for us is that places like Clicks or Dischem they are miles away of which we are used to having them within reasonable distance. Oh OMG the mosquitoes and frogs are wild It has beautiful rooms The most amazing staff members A very clean place

A really lovely setting, various pools, indoor and outdoor dining areas. Rooms really comfortable, although a window between the bedroom and bathroom a little unusual! Staff really helpful and a lovely curio shop. We only stayed one night, would love to have stayed longer and make more use of the pools and spa.

We spent 3 days over new year, really lovely location, rooms really nice just such a pity that management allow children to completely take over the 2 swimming pools, screaming and shouting and really making things unpleasant. I did inform management of the situation but nothing was done ! NYE party just over taken by kids on the dance floor, sticking fingers in the buffet food !! If you are adults wanting a break I would seriously recommend avoiding this establishment. Could be really fabulous if management instilled some rules and regulations to make everyone's stay memorable.

The staff is exceptional welcoming and chocolate gesture is heart-warming. Starting from the staff at the reception they were so welcoming and everything was done in time. The only frustration there is the network and wifi service is bad.

The overall service offering was exceptional excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, very efficient in response. Facilities and maintenance were amazingly good for its location and the offered activities were amazing especially the Spa and Boat drives.

you are getting high value with cheaper price, I also enjoyed the manue since I had a long list to choose from.
