前台小姐姐特別温暖，
樓下泳池遊個泳，太舒服啦

We stay here at least 4 times each year. This is the only time we have been disappointed with the room. Room 181 needs attention. The bathroom is an accessible room however the smell of damp is awful, so bad I could not stand to have a shower. It has a low sink built into alcove but the lighting is so bad you cannot see in the mirror. It did not feel like a club room and would have better paying less money for the standard room. Spoke with reception who advised they will look into this and confirmed I will not be given the same room on Sundays stay.

I dont have any complaints to make! They gave us a family room even though i booked for a double room, probably because they saw we had a baby with us. They also put as on the very first room on the first floor which was really convenient for us, as we had many things to carry. Check in and check out as smooth as possible. The room was spacious, clean with allthe basic amenities.

The staff are amazing… so friendly and helpful.
I travel a lot for work and like to stay at Village Hotels.
The room was generally clean overall however the bathroom floor was tired and brown around the back of the toilet and the toilet seat hadn’t been cleaned. Luckily I travel with dettol and just cleaned it up myself rather than faff around.
Tea cup was cracked and browned with a dirty teaspoon and so much fluff comes off the towels 😂
It wouldn’t stop me from staying at Village hotels as these things happen!

Was nice enough and all the staff are helpful. I have never experienced it before in a hotel but in the evenings I didn’t have hot water. I reported it via the QR code that is provided in the room for these issues, but nothing was done by it. When I was asked about this on checkout, I told the person checking me out and they told me I should have come down and told them. I was a little gobsmacked as I don’t know why they would have a system setup if they weren’t going to use it.
