Awesome views! Clean and complete rooms with added bonus of living room and kitchenette… plus a balcony! What more to ask for??? Oh yes… friendly helpful service could not be better! Plus free popcorn to watch our movie… we thoroughly enjoyed and will stay again!!

The person who checked us in was outstanding! Disappointed that no one was on duty from 10pm-6am; though we didn’t need to call 911. The shower curtain was torn, the toilet was stained badly in toilet bottom and the couch had holes in the cushions. I would not stay here again; though again the person who checked us in was outstanding!

The rooms are clean. The toilet REALLY needs to be replaced! Pretty nasty looking. Mattress was just about flat. So is the sofa. Tops of the furniture are scratched and lots of water rings. Folks are friendly. We stay here when we’re in town. The place is aging prematurely. I see the gas business is still going strong.

Have stayed here many times and never disappoints! Rooms are immaculate, lobby all decorated for the holidays, and the staff are the friendliest and most accommodating folks ever. Good pens too! The views of the farms and mountains from the 2nd floor are amazing. Fairly priced rates too!

Beautiful Inn, hidden in the mountains of Bradford County along the Susquehanna. The front desk staff was friendly helpful and gave us a warm welcome. The front lobby room is inviting with a coffee nook that is refreshing after a long journey. The suites are spacious well put together with two TVs, one in your bedroom, one in your living room with a comfy couch, and a nice leisure chair.. the sliding glass doors open out to a deck with chairs to give you a view of the beautiful mountains side. The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil you need for cooking. The fridge is full size. The coffee area is fully equipped with coffee and tea and popcorn even for you to enjoy with a cute note. The bathroom is clean, loaded with many towels and everything you need, ie shampoo, soap, lotion. This place is a hidden gem at a very reasonable price which I highly recommend.

Was originally checked into a dirty, not cleaned room. No sheets, dishes in the sink. We got moved to a room that we all didn’t even have a spot to sleep. Horrible. No coffee filter but had a pot that required it, no bath mat for floor when showering, no shampoo etc. NEVER AGAIN.
