"A Wave From it All" is a beautiful renovated beach front property with breath taking views on a private beach. Our house will sleep 9 comfortably. We have taken the time to put a lot of love and comfort into this vacation home. The bedrooms and bathroom are so charming. We took pride in making this home one you will want to come back to year after year. We are only minutes away from Downtown surf City. 46" Smart TV’s in both master bedrooms for your entertainment. Wireless High-speed Internet. The open-concept living area with impressive 55” flat screen Smart TV connects to the dining room and gourmet kitchen, complete with custom cabinetry and display lighting, granite countertops, and top-end appliances. Laundry area with brand new washer/dryer. Dining area includes comfortable seating for 6, extra chairs and small table are available to seat 9 if needed. Open and covered decks/balconies are perfect to enjoy sunrises, viewing the beach. An ocean walkway provides direct access to the beach and includes a beach-side shower and a sitting/conversation area, or for prepping for the beach with the little ones. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Charcoal grill available Bed sizes: King, Queen, Twin over full bunk, Full over Full bunk with a trundle. Perfect Getaway This beach house was perfect in every way! From the landscaping to the minimalist style we enjoyed every minute of a long weekend. Anything we needed was supplied. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible. We hope to come back soon.

North Topsail Gem Perfect home and location right on the beach! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and did I mention, it’s right on the beach! The hosts are so nice and easy to communicate with. This was our 3rd stay at this lovely home in the last 4 years so it feels like a home away from home! We hope to stay here again !

Lovely, Lovely House! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the only complaint we have is that the fish weren't biting the week we were there! The home was exceptionally clean and ready for us at the promised check-in time. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the sheets and towels provided with the house were of top quality. It was especially convenient to use the beach towels provided with the house, and the full-size washer and dryer was such a great accessory. We enjoyed sunrises from the ocean-front covered porch and sunsets over the intercoastal waterway from the roadside porch. The outside water hose and separate shower area was great for rinsing off after spending the day on the beach, and it was nice to be able to rinse off the ocean spray from our cars with the water hoses provided underneath the house. We hope to rent again in 2025!

Weekend Getaway We spent 3 nights at Kolleen and Jason's foe our anniversary. The house was beautifully redone, clean, and had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect as were the views; just steps to the beach! Highly recommend and hope to stay here again!
