The staff are friendly and very accommodative.
I wish the location is near Jakarta, i will be happy to stay there again.
The gym is good, all equipment work well.

The parking have to improve, complimentary parking should be given to guests’ visitors instead of letting them pay when they enter hotel.

Stayed here with my family, i like this hotel room were big, nice infinity pool and the size of it is just enough, whirlpool and the gym suitable for the hotel, so many outdoors area to relax for and enjoying the view, the lobby is not to wide and fancy, the bfast is not to tasty but we enjoy the stay.

New hotel with clean amenities. Location is not crowded as South Jakarta. Teraskota mall & a supermarket is just across the street! Breakfast spread was great.
