I upgraded my room online for a king-size bed with a river view, when I arrived at reception, I was charged the upgraded price, a difference of Eur 55,00, but for my surprise, the room had two singles beds and no river view, the receptionist said she had not received the information about the Upgrade, which is hard to believe, because if the price charged was for the king-size room, it means that hotel system was properly updated, the receptionist show any empathy and didn't even try to give us a solution, she simply charged us the most expensive room, blamed the Agency where we have booked and just said that we should put the beds together, this practice of selling rooms that have been already online booked online doesn't seem appropriate to me, ot os disrespectful, I needed to pay higher and the service was not delivered and Hotel didn't care about it !
