The rooms smell very bad. The lobby was smelling a lot. We somehow had to settle with a room after switching a couple of rooms but none of them were really good. The staff was super rude. We asked for a toaster as mentioned in the room notes, and she was so horrible as if we asked for her kidney and as if she was doing a charity by giving the hotel asked her to give. I think the hotel should mention 'Come beg for a toaster'.
Overall very bad experience, I would now think twice before going to any Extended Stay America.
