I was extremely disappointed as soon as I arrived I went to check in I was already was exhausted from being at my Brother in laws funeral services all day. I unfortunately wasn't able to check in for my first night due to unexpected situations that happened with my Family. I was able to finally go get some rest and that was on my second day of my 2 Day reservation which was at this point 5:00am and the lady who was checking me in told me that they canceled my reservation and no refund which fine I get it for the first night because I was not able to check in but for the second day I couldn't understand why they would cancel my second day for no reason at all. The hotel is extremely old, the room has a pungent smell, the furniture is very old, and the bed is very uncomfortable. I can't sleep. I feel uncomfortable all over and will be bitten by small bugs. The sink outlet in the bathroom is rusty, the floor carpet in the room is dirty with obvious stains, the floor in the toilet is sticky, and the sanitary condition is very bad👎 We originally booked for four nights, but later asked Ctrip to help us apply for a refund, but it really didn't work Find a way to live! Extremely bad experience!
