The Ship Inn

We stayed here for two nights last weekend, and can highly recommend it. We stayed in a deluxe room, which was tastefully decorated, very comfortable and spotlessly clean! Beverages and biscuits were replenished daily. Food is excellent, with an excellent breakfast included. Staff are amazing, very friendly and attentive, a special mention has to go to Lucy. We cannot fault this place at all. We were apprehensive about staying in an Inn, we really didn't need to be. We will return!

Lovely weekend away staying at The Ship inn, was a little further away from Wells than we’d have liked but it did not disappoint. The staff there are so friendly and made us feel very welcome from check in to check out, the food was amazing from breakfast to our evening meals. The room was done to a very high standard and was comfortable with some nice little touches. Will definitely be returning

Quick and friendly service, all of our party agreed they were the best Fish and Chips we have had in a very long time, not the cheapest but well worth every penny, thank you we will be back and recommend your lovely pub

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Staff very friendly and efficient. Food is perfect although be prepared to have eyes bigger than your belly . Breakfasts were just perfect and cooked just the way you want it . There are also pastries , yoghurts and cereals .We will definitely stay here again .

An unplanned drop in. We sat outside. Ordered at the bar. Prompt sevice. Great coffee. Truly delicious sandwiches. I had asked for a slight change to the menu and the sandwich was exactly as I requested. Clean, organised and welcoming environment. Immaculate facilities.

Having previously visited for lunch, we booked a 2-night stay for a birthday treat and what a real treasure on the North Norfolk coast The Ship is. It knocks spots of many so-called high-end accommodation offerings in the area. The room we had (3) was outstanding, and the whole team made our stay one to remember. Everything had been thought of, the room was really comfortable and well thought out and having returned from a very long walk we found a bottle of fizz and birthday card waiting in our room from the Ship team - this was a really lovely touch. We dined in on the first night and it was so good we dined again on the 2nd night too, as it seems did most of the B&B guests. Breakfast was so good it filled us up right through to supper. Although only a short trip from home, it felt like we were miles away and true holidaymakers for a few days of R&R. We will definitely return. Thank you all.
