This is one of the worst resorts I've ever stayed at. It was dirty, dusty, things in the rooms were broken, walls were dirty, lock on the door was broken, look like there was water damage. The showers had dirty stained floors. The curtains had holes in them. There is no golf course, or racquet court. The pictures are very deceiving.

Our most recent experience with this resort, unfortunately, left a lot to be desired. Room was filthy, out dated and overall just plain dirty. There was visible remains of hair on the shower curtain(s), toilet and other places. Food left in the cabinet from what I assume to be by a previous guest. Unclean floors, counter tops, bedrooms, bathrooms and closet storage spaces.

This propert was dirty and dated. The carpet furniture were all stained. Entire townhome smelled of mold and mildew. This was a waste of my points time and money. Wouldn't recommend to anyone !! Capital resorts does not take pride in ownership of the links. Bathrooms leaked into the floor below. Would like my points back or accommodated in some way. Had to book another resort and pay cash after two days I had an allergic reaction to the mold blowing through the air conditioning system. Deplorable. Would like my money back!! Thank you

Be careful! The whole place was dirty minus the pool and tennis courts. Unkept grounds . The beds were dirty, the hot water didn’t work in the master bathroom. Cockroaches all throughout the house. Not at all what we expected from a “resort”. Place is off the beaten path so you have to drive 10 to 20 minutes to get anywhere for family fun.

This is an older facility and is worn out. The layout is nice but has older carpet and cheap furniture. We were not told ahead of time that we had to sit through a time share presentation. This knowledge would have affected our choice to go to this resort. Also the cleanliness was average at best.

Spider infestation that resulted in moving to multiple units with the resort. I was bitten 6 times and my wife bitten once. Pest control was called but bites continued even after spraying unit. Very disappointed with experience and very traumatic ordeal. I slept fully clothed until we moved to another resort nearby for the balance of our stay. Not planning a return.

Wow this place has really gone down hill. Management is rude and not accommodating at all. They refuse to give a refund from our cancellation and like to change policies on a day to day basis. They have stolen our deposit and are corrupt individuals. Everyone we have spoken to that generally stay during the winter months have all had issues with this resort! Apparently the new outhouse is to poop in the pool. This has happened twice in our 5 day stay. Shame on you Links and corrupt Capital Vacations!

In a quiet neighborhood ..but place is dated... nothing special..old appliances..old carpet..with roku tv that doesn't work... other feature is you can drive and use their building at beach with access for parking..but I didn't feel safe inside the building alone..
