Seaside Resort

This was our first time staying at seaside. The staff was excellent - Jackie was an absolute GEM! Every interaction was helpful and kind. This was a drastic difference from when I called into the 800 # on the website(they were very unpleasant and not at all helpful) We loved the location and the amenities but would say that our room was pretty dated and the mattresses weren’t the most comfortable- but we survived. We would absolutely come back - but hopefully in a newer room

We stay here because it’s our favorite place to stay. The staff is beyond amazing! The place is great!! The location is great! Amenities are awesome. The breakfast option is a plus. They treat you like family. I like it because they always remember me when I come and tell me they can’t wait to see me again.

WELL LOCATED ! The resort is well located in a nice part of North Myrtle Beach, with lots of restaurants nearby. Rooms are okay, could use a deep clean, everything felt a bit dirty. Bathrooms are nice. The front desk employees were professional and welcoming. Housekeeping is friendly. The young man working the breakfast buffet made our waffles for us . The front desk staff, housekeeping , breakfast attendant and any staff member we came in contact with treated us like gold. We will be back for sure!

We spent 11 nights at Seaside Resort which is situated virtually on a lovely wide flat beach. We had great views from our room on the 12th floor. Our room was comfortable and had everything you need but we just felt the decor could have done with being refreshed. The staff in all areas of the hotel are great. We did not like the buffet breakfast in the hotel. It is eaten on paper plates with plastic knives and forks. I would recommend the Cafe in the Baywatch hotel for breakfast which is located within walking distance. The Blueberry Grill serves a fantastic breakfast. It’s not far from the hotel but you either need your own transportation or use a taxi. The Blueberry does get very busy. Molly Darcy’s restaurant is within walking distance of the hotel. If we visited this hotel again we would hire a car. We used Uber a lot both for taxis and Uber eats. Try and book an Uber for your return journeys to the airport as it works out much cheaper. Uber were very good. Download their App. North Myrtle Beach is a lovely area with lots of attractions and restaurants serving alcohol. Barefoot landing is worth a visit. We really liked Bar 19 twelve, Hoskins, Bonefish Grill, Sea Merchants, Joe’s Bar & Grill, Carolina’s Steak Bar & Seafood. Would we return to this hotel? Yes.

The customer service was second to none! Jackie and Trudy are the best. Every need was dealt with in a timely manner and a follow up called was placed to ensure satisfaction. This is a place I will definitely return to in the very near future, all because they made you feel as if you were the most important person there. They went out of their way to ensure a wonderful experience was had. See you guys soon!

You just can’t beat the incredible views of sunrise here, This is our second time staying we were all very pleased. The room is your own apartment with the views to die for. The room is very clean and has everything you need. We had breakfast 2 days and David was very friendly and efficient. He gave us some great recommendations on things to do from a locals perspective. Very much appreciated. My biggest issue is just that small tight parking garage. But I’ve been to other places in Myrtle and it’s the same all over. We will be back for golfing and will definitely stay here again. Thank you.!

I left a review about Jackie DAlessio and it has magically disappeared. My parents own a Condo there and Jackie was less than welcoming when we stayed. I have issues with her rudeness. We usually have a pleasant stay but not this time. I’ll be contacting Jim Eggen this week.

Great place with great price. We stayed in the 1 bedroom Oceanview (side of building) room. It's a mini apt!! Washer/dryer combo, dishwasher, microwave and stove, full size fridge w/freezer, huge bathroom with jetted tub and private balcony!! Needs more cupboard or shelf space to put food and supplies if staying for a week like we did, but othe than that the kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking and eating needs. Some of the pans could be bettee..but I'm sure they are used and abused alot!! Decor and paint in main places and hallway could be updated but you don't spend much time there anyway! We will for sure stay there again next year, as we will be going for softball tournaments during spring break. Next year we will spend the extra money and get an ocean front room...our friends had that one and we spent more time on their balcony just for the view!!!
