Please keep in mind that these homes are pet-friendly, and while we make every effort to keep them spotless and minimize pet hair for your comfort, we may occasionally miss it at times. We appreciate your understanding. Parking is available on the premises and you can park up to 4 vehicles. No TRAILERS, MOTORCYCLES, GOLF CARTS, or COMMERCIAL VEHICLES are allowed at this Property. The stay will be accessed via a smart lock and we will provide the door code on check-in day around 4 pm. We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate you either way! Additionally, there is a seasonal (May - September) Shuttle to take Guests to the Beach and the popular Barefoot Landing, which has some of the best shops and restaurants around. We highly recommend exploring our Virtual Guest Welcome Guide, which we will send to your email after booking. We are happy to provide recommendations so you can live like a local! This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home as well. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience. **We do not provide a daily linen service.** We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay: Complimentary Free High-Speed Internet/WiFi Coffee products and add-ins Paper Products (toilet paper, paper towels) Hotel Quality Bath Amenities (shampoo, hand soap) Dish/Laundry Detergents Towels/Linens Basic Cooking/Kitchenware Additional Services: does provide early check-in, late check-out, beach packages, and much more at request. During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. No Smoking Allowed. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. This is not a party house. Trash pick up is on Thursday morning. Trash can be put outside Wednesday afternoon and needs to be brought inside Thursday before the afternoon. If it is left out at any other time, the community will find us up to $250 per infraction. It is the responsibility of the guest to follow these rules or they will incur this fine. Minimum age to book this property is : 21
