Everything about this accomodation was fantastic. Location had on street free parking, was secure, immaculately clean. Reception very helpful. Very good value for money. Will be back.

I wouldn't consider limited-time parking on the street to mean free parking.
The location is indeed close to the city center.
The sheets were wet when I checked in. The hotel staff said it was because they had been steam cleaned, so please imagine.
The hot water kettle is very dirty. It is recommended to buy water at the supermarket or bring your own electric kettle.

The room was very good, nothing to say, the boss was very nice, he introduced the local characteristics to us, the most heartwarming thing was that on the last day of check-out, the luggage was left in the room, and you could pick it up whenever you left, just leave the room card at the front desk

I was really impressed by how the manager helped us with anything. They even allowed us to have an early check in at 0700 am. The room is "value for money", comfortable, near tram stop, asian grocery, woolworths, melbourne zoo and near a mosque. Overall, worth the money.

My partner and I were initially only planning to stay here for the first part of our trip to Melbourne, but ended up staying the whole month. The proprietor (Lisa) and her team were very attentive to our needs and were easy to get ahold of if you needed anything. The in building laundry was great. Also loved the location. It was a short train tram ride into the CBD. Plenty of street parking in the area as well. Would definitely stay again!

These comfortable, clean and affordable apartments are just a 10 minute tram ride from Melbourne. Lisa the manager is so helpful and welcoming and adds that personal touch to your visit. The supermarket is just a short walk away along with a coffee house and a couple of bars. We travelled over from South Wales and Melbourne was the third part of our visit after the Blue Mountains and Sydney. We just loved the place. These apartments were just what we needed. Jeremy & Donna South Wales.
