The stay was amazing, the hosts were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Quiet, serene and couples only retreat. We really enjoyed all the food extras, the private pool and everything included in the clean and secure villa. Thank you to the owners

The atmosphere is serene & peaceful surrounded by nature. Perfect place to relax & unwind feeding the beautiful bird life. Villas are cosy and equipped with wonderful breakfast hampers with local produce not to mention the fresh hot crossaints delivered to you each morning. A nice touch from the wonderful hosts Ali & Xochi. Thank you once again for the wonderful experience.

An amazing experience - perfect for a couple’s getaway and such attention to detail. We walked in to a beautiful unit, with ambient lighting and music. Flowers, chocolate, water by the bed and so much more. And there’s so much to do in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Such a beautiful stay! Amazing accomodation and stunning outlook. We loved spending time in the undercover pool while watching the rain... the bed was super comfy and we had everything we needed to stay in house for the duration of our stay. Dining options were fantastic and huge servings. Also loved the breakfast hamper! Ali and Xochi were so accommodating with the need for gluten free as my hubby is coeliac. Can’t wait to return!

Beautiful rainforest surroundings, relaxing vibes, and every detail thought of. The very generous breakfast supplies and fresh daily croissants were very much appreciated! Great location for exploring the Monteville and Maleny areas.

Narrows escape will always have a special place in our hearts. My partner and I got engaged there , Xochi and Ali helped set up a beautiful surprise for my partner with champagne candles and rose petals. We also had a dinner hamper and massages which were amazing. Everything about the cabin was so charming. One of the best experiences ever.

The decent down Narrows Road from the ridge line above to the discrete entry for Narrows Escape, signals that one is leaving the cares and pressure of life behind for a while and submitting oneself to the calming green of the rain forest and the comfort of the Narrows hospitality and discretely located private villas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for this kind of restorative and relaxing experience.

We wanted a private, relaxing place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We are frequent visitors to the region and were looking to try somewhere new and Narrows Escape didn’t disappoint. We stayed for 4 nights in the Black Cockatoo Villa with its completely private plunge pool which is under roof. The ability to be under cover, in a pool heated to 34 degrees, staring at the surrounding rainforest even while the after effects of ex TC Alfred was lingering around was truly relaxing and just the ticket. The kitchen/bathroom amenities are stylish and well equipped and the internet connection is great for logging into your favourite streaming services on the TV. We took our own supplies for dinner and along with the fruit basket, breakfast hamper and fresh, warm croissants that are discreetly delivered daily, there is truly no reason to leave. Thank you Ali and Xochi for a relaxing getaway.
