"La recepción muy atenta. Esta limpio, las cama muy cómoda, tranquilo, excepto por el piso ya que creo no lo limpiaron habían manchas en el piso y un insecto muerto. El baño era nuevo o recién remodelado, solo la puerta tenía un desperfecto pero nada que afecte mi estadía. Las toallas son muy pequeñas, no había papel sanitario, llegué noche ya no quise ir a recepción a pedir uno. Por lo general yo siempre llevo el mío. En cuanto a las instalaciones el área de estacionamiento es muy pequeña apenas cabe un coche pequeño , por lo mismo los otros huéspedes invaden el espacio del otro. Apenas podía abrir mi puerta. De mi camioneta suv que era pequeña."

"We were given a room that had been smoked in. The elevator smelled of smoke. When I brought it up to the attendant she said - I’ll make a note so you don’t get charged The $200 in extra cleaning fees. The Wi-Fi password did not work was told only staff have the password. In my view crap hotel. Barry "

"Room equipment was a bit old, chair handles were broken, bedding was tacky to touch, and the air conditioner smelled bad, make up, but the madam at the front desk was very nice, we called the car for us early, and we did n’t have breakfast before leaving Gave us fruit and water"

"The hotel is right by Interstate 40 so it makes traveling around pretty easy. There appears to be a lot of homeless individuals in the neighborhood and the parking spaces near the front door of the building was always filled so we had to park to the side which had me nervous that someone was going to either steal our catalytic converter (there’s been a lot of that happening I heard) or be robbed but the side parking lot was well lit but a distance from the door so if something happened the only way you could get into the building was through the front door which was about 10-11 feet away. The elevator kept being weird, when we made it to our floor it took it a bit to open and it did stutter or shake a little bit. The rooms were very clean and looked very good as pictured! I love the bathroom mirror it’s gorgeous though I wish the bathroom had a little bit more counter space. Also for some reason our air conditioner didn’t work (thank goodness our stay was during a cooler weekend) we tried to work the thermostat but it never cut on which was very annoying.The front desk staff were okay, nothing to write home about though. Honestly I say book this hotel if you’re staying a night or two and just need somewhere to lay your meat suit to recharge. If you have young kids then maybe choose somewhere else because the parking lot always smelled like the “devil’s lettuce” when we went out and there was broken liquor bottles in the parking lot. I would recommend this place for a quick getaway trip."
