Did not stay at the hotel. Stood in line- second in line- while the rep spoke to a person at the counter and did not acknowledge my presence for over 10 minutes. My fiancé did not feel safe in the lobby, so we left and went to the Holiday Inn down the street. Very disappointed. Also requested my money back.

They have a shortage of towels and wash clothes so had to constantly ask for them. Shortage of paper plates for breakfast so we had to eat of large cardboard bowls that was handed out one to each person. Bathroom in the room we were in had no ledge at the bottom so water ran all over the floor every time you took a shower. We were there for a week house keeper only came in once and the only thing she did was made the bed nothing else. Worst stay ever for the price they charge. Staff was friendly but service was terrible.

In general a good average hotel. Nice staff. BUT from 3 days on a weekend , two of them we do not have Towels at all !! This was a serious problem for me and my daughter and I . An hotel without towels is is like a public restroom. Staff gave us any solution. A Shame.

We reserved for 4 adults and they provided towels for 2, and when we request they took too long to service. Never received room cleaning, they are the worst in customer service desk.

shower didn't work and could not get anyone to come and fix it for two days. one wash cloth and two towels were provided for two guests for three days. had to bag for towels.

Room 213 has Roaches.... Very Alarming Since I have never encountered Roaches in my hotel room stays before. I did inform the manager at the front Desk as I was checking out..Elevator, hallways were very nasty.... Hotel Needs a Serious Cleaning....No Lights in the Breakfast Room!!!!

Our room had no electricity!!! No lights! No AC! All night long!
And no running water from shower head…had to both in an unpleasant-looking tub…in the dark!

Staff was GREAT and accommodating. The room appointments were a little disappointing. The furniture was old and sad looking. There were very few USB ports and electrical outlets. We did not have a trash can in our room, and when we asked for one, we were told they may not have one for us. They were able to find one. The top cover on the bed had a small burn hole in it. Breakfast was okay. Our first morning, we went down around 8:30 and there were no eggs left, just sausages. The OJ was quite watered down. All in all, it’s a very good hotel, with an excellent staff.
