The rooms were clean and spacious. No issues with the sheets, towels, or beds. It was a little on the dim side in there. Definitely could use a little more lighting. Staff was friendly and helpful. When we arrived, the local ISP was laying cables in the area and therefore all systems were down. Internet and TV weren't working at all. The staff did their best with the situation and got us checked in as quickly as they could. Still, it would have been nice to have the price adjusted given that certain amenities were unavailable. Not the staff's fault though. The breakfast was OK, but the breakfast area could be organized a bit better. It became crowded very quickly and there was no flow, so everyone just kind of dodged and climbed over each other to get at it. We ended up going out for breakfast. It's located away from main traffic in the area in a side road that's pretty quiet, so that's good. I'd stay here again the next time I visit Providence.

We were disappointed in our stay. When we booked, we specifically selected ”water view” and the room was advertised as having 2 ”queen” beds. Although perhaps both were technically true, we certainly felt ripped off. The view we had was actually into the atrium where you could technically see the water through a window all the way across the atrium - a couple hundred feet away. The beds may have been bigger than full but were at least 6” less than a typical 60” wide queen. Since we paid extra for the view we didn't feel it was worth the price. The room out of that context was nice, but it had no complementary bottled water or coffee and at checkout we were told that was due to Covid somehow which made no sense to us. The walls were also pretty thin and it felt like someone was flushing the toiled right next to me while I was in bed. Overall it was clean and the staff was friendly but it was not what we expected for $700/night.

The lobby is bright and the breakfast is very rich. In fact, breakfast is not included in the price. The room has a balcony and parking is very convenient. There is a supermarket around the hotel with an ATM and a Qing Tao Chinese food. Love Place, Politely and good service with satffs here, I will back to stay next time.

I had an unexpected 5-night stay at this hotel when my daughter tested positive for COVID while attending a residential summer camp nearby. She had to come home for 5 days, but after that point, once she tested negative, she was permitted to return as a day camper for the remainder of the session. My daughter and I stayed at this hotel during that final week of camp; I drove her to the camp every morning and picked her up every night. Luckily, this hotel had a large suite with a kitchenette available during our stay. After returning to the hotel in the morning, I was able to plug in my laptop and work during the day, pausing to make myself a nice lunch, even grab a workout in the gym. I could not have asked for a more convenient hotel in terms of access and amenities. A word about the location: We took the Amtrak train to Providence station, then took an Uber to the hotel (around $16, as I recall). The hotel is located immediately next to the car rental garage for T.F. Green Providence Airport. So we checked in, put our bags in our room, and then I walked across the parking lot to pick up our rental car. It could not have been more convenient! I then drove to the nearby Trader Joe's to buy some groceries for the week. There aren't really any restaurants or shops within walking distance of the hotel, so it was very convenient to have the breakfast buffet that was included with our stay, and then be able to heat up a frozen meal or make a salad for lunch. The hotel is spotless and seems very new. All of the staff we interacted with were lovely. The general manager, Milton, went out of his way to help us and to make our stay as pleasant as possible. In particular, I want to give special thanks for how accommodating Milton was after I had gotten confused about having to change rooms during our stay. He had previously told me that the suite would only be available until Thursday, and that we would have to switch to a regular room for our final night. However, when we checked in, the front desk person told us we would be in the suite the entire time. I should have clarified this with Milton, but given the stressful and chaotic circumstances of the week, it slipped to the bottom of my list. Ultimately, Milton was able to move things around so that we were able to stay in the suite. I felt horribly guilty about this, but he was gracious and extremely understanding. I will always remember how kindly he treated me (and other guests too). I am a Hyatt Globalist and have stayed at dozens and dozens of different Hyatt properties over the years, including very upscale Park Hyatts and Andaz properties around the world. This cheerful, spotless, and comfortable airport hotel will always stand out in my memory because it was exactly what I needed, delivered with the highest level of service. Many thanks to the entire team at this hotel!

Very bad! It's hard to imagine that guests were allowed to check in without changing the flyers. That ** is a fine spot, damn it, the more I think about it, the more disgusting it becomes! Sadly, I only found out the next morning. We advise you to check in advance when you check in The front desk apologized. In such a situation, you can really not pay or you can ask for compensation! The stay fee of more than 1,000 yuan is such a poor hotel, and it is also a chain.

The next night we came back from the outside and found that the curtains were not repaired. I went to the front desk and asked why it was that. The young waitress wearing glasses had a very bad attitude. I was not allowed to change the room. She said that she could only switch to the same location on the fourth floor, which means that it was still noisy next to the elevator. Because the curtains of the hotel were broken, they should be responsible for apologizing for not repairing, but the white girl wearing glasses did not apologize. Do not take any measures and actively cooperate with the appropriate room. It is worth mentioning that my favorite travel in the United States is Hampton inn. I am a member of this hotel. I often book a room on the official website of the hotel. This time, because Ctrip is cheaper, I booked it on Ctrip. As a result, I was not expecting such treatment, and I did not encounter this attitude in the same hotel that was booked elsewhere. Therefore, such hotel services can only give bad reviews.
