Extended Stay America - Providence - West Warwick

Worst hotel I’ve ever been in. The wash cloths were absolutely disgusting, I was extremely turned off by the hair I found on them. Also to mention the “towel rack” in the bathroom fell off the wall just from touching it. There were children running up and down the halls at 2/3AM. Overall, an awful hotel and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Clean , accommodating and quiet in historic East Greenwich, RI. Among the nicest staff I’ve ever met, genuine! Excellent fresh brewed morning coffee and breakfast snacks . Conveniently located to Providence and Newport RI. Highly recommended! Just a minute off interstate route 95 and direct access to Route 1, 1A and 2. Enjoy a rural atmosphere, yet close to attractions and beaches. Great restaurants minutes away

This place is great good location movies and dinner choices in walking distance staff was very nice and Karen was just wonderful to talk to any questions just ask her if she doesn't have a answer she will go out of her way to find out awesome above and beyond skills Kudos to her

Terrible Location and/or Staff.. People hanging out in the hallways & stairwells all hours of the night. Shady people are always around. Literally a guy was sleeping on the floor in the hallway. 3rd Floor

WOW!! Where do I begin?! After a pipe burst in our home, we had to stay at The Extended Stay for six months while repairs were being done to our home. Collen, Val, Deb, Karen, Max, Vicki, Cat, and Tillie made us feel right at home! We were always greeted with wonderful smiles and a friendly chat. Everyone was so patient with our recently adopted rescue dog that was adjusting to life outside of a shelter, and not used to a lot of people. It was wonderful coming home to a freshly made bed, and a clean room. Due to the mild weather, I was able to sit in the backyard with my dog so that she could meet other dogs and their owners and I met some wonderful friends. Any questions that we had were always answered promptly and with a smile. The lobby was always clean, as were the hallways, and the parking lot. We will always be grateful to ESA for their neverending support, kindness, accommodations, and friendships that we have made.

This staff here are just Wonderful! Ms Kam is so kind and warm welcoming 🙏🏿 Having just met her I felt at home and told her I will be back again for my very first time there. Beautiful stay it was indeed. Staff are customer friendly and to Ms Kam please keep creating smiles and warm welcoming!🙌🏿😃

The people that work at the West Warwick hotel are incredibility helpful and friendly. I am staying at the hotel between selling and buying a condo with two pets . Not an easy transition but made paletable by the staff at the hotel. From putting wedges in the front doors for ease of entrance with with a hotel cart to helping me carry an Amazon package to my room. It all helps make the stay better. Shout out to Karen, Max, Deb, Val,Mike and all the chambermaids who keep the place spotless.

I wrote a review Friday, but put it under the wrong location, which is okay because circumstances changed and Im still here and wanted to add to it. Now Ill just do it as one. I am in the process of moving, and things are not going as planned. I was out of my place on the 15th and had no place to go. I showed up at Extended Stay America on Metro Boulevard in Warwick RI,after work with grocery bags full of clothes!! Sasha, the manager was amazing, she overlokked the fact I was such a mess and treated me like a VIP. I thought it was just going to be 1 day, so l checked out in the morning. Later on Friday I realized it would be another day. I called the hotel and got Sasha, she took care of everything, told me not to worry and I checked in again later that day. The room is great, I had some trouble using the TV and Eva came to my room and showed me how to work everything. Its been such a stressful move and Sasha and her team have turned it into a vacation. I checked out again Saturday morning, to find out my new home will not be ready until Monday or Tuesday. I didn't panic, I just called Sasha, she hooked me up until Tuesday morning. Im so comfortable here, its clean, everyone is friendly. I honestly could live here. Thank you Sasha, and everyone at Metro Boulevard fir making such a stressful situation so pleasant. Im going to be sad to leave.

Don't expect to be able to have a cool drink upon arrival. There is no ice machine and they will not fill the ice trays in the freezer. That is your job and your job to wait for it to freeze. They will let you know where you can walk or drive to buy some ice. Nice. Their reasoning is lame. I confirmed that Marriott Residence Inns have ice machines.
