Poor customer service and a shabby room with a door in the hallway that keeps on slamming, which keeps you up at night.

This the 2nd time of staying here and I had a very comfortable stay, the location is perfect for travelling in and around the Lincoln area for work, the room is clean and spacious. I will be booking in again on the business visit to Lincoln. The Pup across the road is a bonus!
