This hotel is just OK, I stayed there just for the price and suitability. The hotel changed its name recently, and it became very cheap. The room was OK. The bed sheets and other things were changed. The toilet was also bad.

This motel appears to be an older structure. However, unlike many motels that seem to get bought/sold without regard for maintaining and updating, this motel is cared for. All interior appointments were updated, in good repair, and clean. The staff was nice. Motel is a good value and their breakfast, while in a small room, is a bonus for the price of the room. If you don't mind an exterior entrance I highly recommend it.

This hotel should be priced at $50/night. It is very overpriced, for the lack of quality. The first two rooms that we were given had horrible smells—-like wet dogs and old socks. The third room was a little better. All rooms need to be aired out and detailed. Walls had cracks in them. No tissues in the bathroom. The outlet in the bathroom had no electricity. Poor lighting everywhere. Not a good experience. Keep looking!

The place a little old but gets the job done for me. I come every other week and its close to my downtown meetings for my job. Quick drive down I-35 and I'm there in under 10min. Then I take same highway north 15min to the airport when I'm done for the week!!

Bed was very comfortable and we even paid for 2 of the pillows to take home with us. A little old style but we stayed here because it was close to Worlds of Fun! We would come back on our next trip because it was central to royals baseball game and downtown as well. The staff are super nice here!

The beds, pillows (are fluffy), and smoking rooms are very comfortable. It is a plus for me cause my partner does not have to go outside to smoke. The management are extremely helpful and make you feel at home. Accommodations are extremely wonderful. You would not be disappointed in your stay Terri from Des Moines, Iowa

The website makes the hotel look and sound way better than it actually is. The website says outdoor pool however they haven't used it in 3 years.
