Good location, connecting mall and central of PIK area. I don’t like a big mirror in the room facing the bed. It would be nice to place iron in the room.

Staying in this hotel for 3 nights in July 2025, room is clean and quiet. Location at central of PIK with a lot of eateries nearby walking distance. The only downside is the wash sink, the tap is in the wrong position with respect to the drain, after use all the dirt settle on the far side not able to go into the drain. Have to use cup of water to flush the dirt to the sink drain.

An old hotel. Room was small. Bed not comfortable. All in-room amenities such as toothbrush, slipper were only given 1 set. Water pressure for shower was weird, too low for cool water. The only plus point for this hotel is it's location, at the PIK area, easy access to new prime area, i.e. PIK 2.

The hotel location is accessible as it link to the shopping mall PIK AVE, although the hotel is not new but it maintains well, hotel staff is friendly and helpful, happy with the service, Happy with the stays.

I used to be Accor member , this time I book through trip.com because their Apps having some problems. It end up that I can’t enjoy their welcome good coffee even though earn 70 trip coins which is nothing compare to coffee offered ….no advantage at all on room price neither…

Room was spacious and comfy. Breakfast was great. Easy access to shops and eateries. Highly recommended.
